We purchased a full set of Frigidaire Gallery appliances on 1/1/15. After multiple problems with each appliance, we returned the dishwasher and replaced it with a Bosch. Moving along, our refrigerator is currently at a temp of 70, and the freezer is at 75. This is the third time since it was delivered 8 months ago that we are more than two weeks trying to get service on it. Best Buy does not care even a little about this problem, even while we purchased their protection plan for it and Frigidaire would like us to quit our jobs to wait for service techs. They set us up with Unique Repair Services, who held us off one more week when their only tech that does freon...called in sick. The tech that just left my house isn't even the freon guy, so guess what??? Now we have to wait several more days for another tech to come, even when they were fully aware of what the problem is. I'm assuming we got the lemon, as I don't have time to read all of the reviews. Buy at your own risk, because Best Buy and Frigidaire do not care one bit about any problems you have, once your money has been paid!

This fridge is noisier than the one had just had for 20 yrs! Also, the tray under the water dispenser holds water until the freezer door is opened and then it splashes on the floor- horrible design! For the money- disappointing!

This is our 1st experience buying any Frigidaire appliances. Pros: Looks good & has non smudge stainless finish Lots of space Cons: Ice dispenser is messy Water dispenses very slowly & is not at all cold Reliability Warranty Service We bought this refrigerator in the spring based on good reviews and the no smudge stainless finish. But now in under 6 months, it is displaying an error code. We called for service which went fine until they said the soonest date available is a week away and the lady informed us that the refrigerator will likely stop working completely before then. If it does quit completely and all the food spoils, they informed us that it is our problem not theirs. So based on our experience so far, I would not buy or recommend Frigidaire.

Really liked this fridge but it has one major flaw. The cold colds draw that doesn't slide. The draw was so sticky that when opening it would come off the (non-adjustable) pins built into the fridge. We had BB bring out a replacement and it had the same issue, we checked the floor model in several different stores, all had the same issue.

This fridge is amazing for the price. But only got it because of my credit limit. was looking forward to a touch screen one though. Never the less it's a good fridge.

Very noisy apparently when water goes in refrigerator

This Fridge was purchased and delivered by Best Buy. The Fridge is modern with all the basic amenities that anyone would need. I like the ice maker's speed and quantity and ease of access. The Stainless Steel is appealing, its easy to clean, and doesn't get smudged like other types of Stainless steel. The handles are stylish and comfortable when opening the doors. The options menu is easy to access and operate. Overall, its a great fridge for the money!

We purchased this refrigerator due to the sale price, interior space and smudge resistant stainless steel surface. The refrigerator performed ok during the first six months. The first problem we had was with the ice dispenser, it would either stick and not provide any ice or dump an entire cup full of ice with just a tap of the dispenser lever. The previously mentioned issues requires several cycles of opening and closing the freezer door and clearing the ice dispenser chute. This was tolerable only because we loved the smudge resistant stainless steel doors with our small children. The refrigerator started to get louder over the last month or so when operating. The owner's manual mentions that noises during operation are normal and are no cause for alarm. The day the compressor failed the refrigerator started making a really loud squelching sound. Later on that evening the compressor seized and stopped working. We called our warranty provider (Geek Squad) and are extremely disappointed with the repair process. It took two days to schedule a third party repair company to come out, which wasn't bad. I took the day off for the appointment only to have the repair company not show up. In my opinion, this should warrant an expeditious remedy of a waste of my time. Sadly, I would have to wait up to 48 hours to receive a follow-up phone call to set up a new appointment. After expressing my extreme displeasure it was explained that the repair process is allotted up to 14 business days to be resolved. Really, who can afford to go that long with 4 children in the house, and of course not to mention the loss of $300 worth of food. Steer clear of this product!

Bought this fridge to replace a 17 year old Frigidaire. Not much has changed during this time as both the interior and exterior look nearly the same, so I hope it last as long. Came with a good sized dent on the side but Best Buy did the right thing and showed some good will with a partial refund. Next time I'd pay a little more attention to the packing materials just to make sure I don't come home with a damaged product. Overall very happy with the product, the price and the service by Best Buy.

I've had the unit for 20 days now and I intend to contact Best Buy to send it back. 1) Only the front doors are stainless steel; 2) the ice maker actually puts out ice too quickly, it ejects ice so quickly you have to push and release quickly multiple times so that your glass doesn't overflow resulting in ice all over the floor; 3) the water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser so a glass that doesn't have a wide mouth will result in water running over your hand and onto the floor; 4) the unit makes a chattering noise every hour or so, it appears this is normal based on content in the manual. If any of these things will bother you as they do me, then do yourself a favor and skip this one even though it has received a series of good ratings.

Love the refrigerator space and room. Easy to use control panel and replacing the filters are easy. Two things I don't like are the fact that you have to order the air filter and the ice cube dispenser gets jammed from time to time.

Everything about this unit is good. Terrible ice maker and dispenser. Ice pieces are all connected and the dispenser can not break them up to fit out the chute. The chute gets jammed with large pieces of ice and holds the dispenser door open making the dispenser "think" you still have a cup under it so it continues to run. This jams it even worse. Repair people have been out three times. Once they completely replaced the ice maker, no help. Unbelievably horrible ice maker.

Please see my full review on Amazon for the details. It's not letting me post my full review here. I have a 15 month old fridge that is dead. Evaporator fan. If you buy, be sure to get Geek Squad. Do not get the extended warranty through Fridgidaire. Their service is awful. There's no "no cool" clause in the warranty, so you'll wait a week or two if you're lucky. You'll regret it. I called a lovely rep (wish I had gotten her name) that helped me navigate a game plan of how to handle their awful extended warranty. She didn't have to go above and beyond, it was awesome. What everyone says...it's true!

This fridge is top notch. Looks nice, and the smudge proof is great!

We had the fridge serviced 3 times in two years. Most recently the compressor went bad and now I am stuck with having to buy a new fridge. This is really sad. A $1200 investment in a new fridge only lasted two years. That is pathetic.

Overall, the refrigerator is decent. It's a nice design, cools and freezes well. However, since I purchased 8/2015 the refrigerator, I've had nothing but issues with it. In October or 2015, I had the LCD replaced because it stopped lighting up. After that, I had issues with the water pressure dispenser. As per Frigidaire, the water filter should last a min of 3 months on high usage, 6 months on normal. My family of 2 adult and two kids under 4 could not survive past 1.5 months on one filter. I called Frigidaire and the sent their contractors to fix the problem on at 8 different occasions. The water pressure issue was not resolved and I ended up returning the refrigerator to Best Buy for a new manufacturer. Frigidaire's customer service is despicable. They suggested that I bypass the water filter in the refrigerator and install a water filtration system in my home to get filtered water. And they contract out their repair service. Only one repair service was responsible and attentive to my issue in the Queens NY area, Home Service Appliance. If your refrigerator works, then great, but if anything goes wrong and you have to deal with Frigidaire, good luck!

My Wife and I have tried SSSSOOOOOOOOOO many different configurations to try to level this thing...to NO AVAIL!!! Magnet scratched the front the front of the fridge the first week, the sides are fine with sliding magnets.

Nothing wrong with the refrigerator portion of this unit but the big issue is the ice maker constantly clogging and then dumping out loads of cubes or crushed ice. Also, we've had several episodes where the temperature started randomly going up and we've had to unplug and restart. Not worth the money.

It's great and efficient fridge. I love lighting. Its works great. I love water and ice dispenser.

The ice is too big for the opening so it jams up makes loud beeping noises and needs to be reset. Cheaply made and noisy
