Looks great but needed repairs after 4 months

It is beautiful in appearance and it operated fine for about two months when it began freezing food in the refrig and yesterday the digital display stopped working. So 4 months after delivery it is in need of over $300 of repairs (which are covered by the 1 year factory warranty) Today I purchased the additional 3 year service agreement and I expect to be shopping for a new unit after the service contract expires. These things should last longer than that.

Not a quality product

This frig has been a nightmare for us over the last 5 years. We have had the converter break and now the full operating board has died. The drawers are not well made and crack/break easily (forget it if you have children) and they are expensive to replace. I thought this was the brand that had the best quality- but that must have been from the 60's. They just don't make a quality product anymore. So so disappointed.

Do not buy this product

Purchased it on Black Friday 2015 and 10 1/2 months later it is broke. Durability isn't the sole draw back to this poorly designed refidgerator/freezer. The ice maker continuously jams and sporadically drops ice well after removing a glass causing a mess. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 200 bucks and avoid frigidaire or get the 3 year Geek squad protection plan (you will need it)
