The drawers get stuck easily. It's not just one drawer, but all the drawers. Besides the drawers, the fridge is well lit, cosmetically eye appealing and spacious.

I like this Frigidaire better than the last one I had. The only draw back is this one has crushed ice, and when you activate the level and remove your cup it is a Little messy. Ice pieces go all on the floor.

With 3 kids under 8 we weren't looking for an elite fridge. The ice maker is a bit loud. Overall a good purchase.

Ours was on open box and we are missing a door drawer but other than that it works great so far! We have had it two months now with no problems. I would for sure recommend this to a friend!

Our problem's been with icemakers......This is the 3rd fridge in 4 years.....last one was a Samsung & lasted 10 mos. before the icemaker went poo poo......Good Ol' Samsung decided instead of repairing it, they would replace the whole thing......with an in store Best Buy credit. Didn't even care what we bought. Wanted to keep the old one in the garage for misc. stuff, but oh know, they had to have it back to scrap it......What's wrong with that picture? Anyway, so far, the Fridgidaire is working wonderfully, but just in case we went for the 5 yr. Geek Squad warranty.....with our luck...

We bought a new house and acquired an old GE side by side. Our cooktop and oven were both Fridgidaire Gallery and the dishwasher is fridgidaire. We replaced the fridge with a Fridgidaire Gallery and got a great deal. Smudge proof stainless surface, digital display, large capacity. We are super happy with this fridge.

Works like it should. Quiet operation. Would have given it a five star rating but the ice dispenser in the door is a little iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it kinda works.

We originally purchased a frigidaire Gallery Series stainless steel range when our old one crapped out last October. We were so impressed with the looks and quality of it that we decided to upgrade all our other aging appliances with matching Gallery dishwasher, microwave and fridge. We weren't able to look at the fridge in person before purchase as our local best buy doesn't stock them, but we did view them online and purchased from bestbuy.com Once everything arrived, I was surprised to find that the fridge does not match the other 3 appliances at all. The microwave, dishwasher and range are all normal stainless steel. The fridge is some sort of blue-grey stainless steel that looks completely different. We ended up returning the fridge. I did contact Frigidaire several times to see if they make a fridge that matches the rest of the Gallery line, but no one there seems to have any idea what's going on or have any interest in helping their customers. I guess it's an ok fridge overall, but if you plan on matching it with any other appliances I would stay away from it. Hopefully Frigidaire will figure out that all 4 appliances in a set should probably be the same color. We are happy with the other 3 appliances and they seem well-made.

I purchased this unit and had 2 jams of the ice maker door in the 1st week. The Geek Squad tech replaced the door motor and ice tray. Within a day, I again had the door jam, leading to water on the floor as the ice melted. Returned unit and selected another manufacturer.

The top drawer is bad! You cannot open without a struggle. Refrigerator is very noisy!

Have had this refrigerator for 3 weeks. Working great. Initial delivery the doors had dents in them but were replaced by Best Buy within a few days. Like the notifications for air and water filters. Ice and water work great. The spot free stainless is great. Looking forward to many years with this fridge.

It's too early to write a complete review. So far the fridge is working properly. The ice maker makes sporadic noise. Apart from that there's nothing much to tell.

Over all this is an excellent product that I would recommend others to consider purchasing. I would advise the manufacture to make adjustments to the ease of use and sensitivity of the delivery / dispensing of the ice from the ice maker. This appears to be the only complaint I have with the product. Over all I believe this to be a very well thought out and functional product which competes very well within its market.

We've only had this for a few weeks, so doesn't say much for it yet. Everything works great so far. But the plastic parts and shelves feel cheap compared to other fridges and the ice container is kind of a pain. We bought this for a basement fridge. Our Samsung fridge is much nicer, but is alo more expensive. Get one when it's on sale and you're better off than this one. (Neither are the quietest fridges though)

Love the size of the refrigerator and convenience of space, esp. in the refrig. side,. Only issue is with the plastic "fresh produce drawers" - they are noisy and do not slide out easily enough.
