I was told if there were any problems with it I would receive a replacement. The store I worked with was not so great with customer service but the Best Buy on-line team stepped up to the plate and assisted with the replacement. Once the store and on-line team got together everything went smoothly. I would recommend this frig to my family and friends. I love the new finish that Frigidaire is using, it really does stand up to its promise of no-smudge. The lighting inside is perfect and so far I do not have any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews. Both the frig and freezer keep the correct temperatures. I was so impressed with this item I purchased the matching dishwasher and in wall double oven.

I was able to install the water line my self you can get the parts for $10 at home depot. Forget the connection kits. I run the line 25 feet and it still only cost $10 love the size the bottom freezer and the Icecube maker, We have all the ice we'll ever need!
