Love the oven so far and it a beautiful update to our kitchen. Easy to use and love the temperature probe! My only reason for 4 stars is that the touch buttons on the control panel seem too unsensitive. You have to push them pretty firmly and sometimes more than once to get them to respond.

Best Buy personel were very helpful and quick bringing the oven out and helping load. Oven looks good. Baked bread, rose great using the bread proofing setting.

We replaced an oven that was probably 40 or 50 years old. So far we are enjoying getting to know our new oven and all of its great features. I reheated some food on air fryer mode and it heated up faster than I expected and my reheated shrimp and fish were nice and crispy.

Nice oven, looks great, easy to use controls. Watch out on cabinet depth! This oven requires 24 inches of cabinet depth; my cabinet had 23.5 inches. I had to cut the back out of the cabinet to get that extra half inch.

This stove fits perfectly into the space I had for it. I haven't been able to use all the functions available to me as of yet but will surely get there! Love the glide shelf too. Helps us short people using the top oven :)

Buying this oven was a decision I’m glad I made! The air fry feature is a real delight. I can’t wait to try the other unusual features too—especially the dehydrator and keep warm settings. Plus the oven is beautiful!

Oven works ok but seemed to cook unevenly. The doors were off by 1/4 of an inch on the left side when compared to the right side. The oven had chipped spots in the coating on both sides where the door meets the frame. Looks like the screws in the doors chipped the paint on the frame. Had it replaced but that oven had a bunch of small dents across the whole top edge of the display.

I wanted this double oven so much after reading all customers’ reviews. The first one was delivered defective and the installers were awful, they removed the junction box and had broken the drywall. The second one was delivered a month later and was defective again. More damage was added to the drywall and the cabinet was damaged, too. Be aware that the installers are a third party company and Best Buy is not liable for damages. I would like to mention that the salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable, he was the only good experience through this nightmare.

We’ve had these ovens since right before Thanksgiving and so far they’ve been great. I really like the convection setting. I havent used some of the other features yet so I’m still experimenting but all is well for now. I’m giving them 4 stars because whenever I used the lower oven there was a vibrating noise coming from the metal on the back of the oven. I called service (which was actually good and I spoke to an actual person) and they came and made a couple adjustments. I’ll have to see if it stays quiet. They said it was nothing affecting the actual oven just the metal casing around it vibrating together- BUT it was very annoying.

this is the best oven I have ever owned. The oven is wonderful, very easy clean up. I use it almost everyday and it looks brand new. (mind you, I clean up after each use and dont let things set in) I have used the air fry and it works without a lot of mess. I did not use aluminum foil as instructed in oven guide.

The double oven was replaced for its new capabilities. We've used the convection cooking but have enjoyed and extensively used the new air fry mode. The only issue was that the unit did not come with an air fry tray.

Very easy to use, very clear touch panel. Finish is outstanding and easy to clean. Cooks very evenly in every setting.

This double wall oven was a beautiful and stylish addition to my kitchen. Easy operations and takes the place of several counter-top appliances. Slow cooker, air fryer, convection over, regular oven -- what's not to love!!! Great purchase!

I have been searching for years for a 27" replacement wall oven that does true convection and steam to no avail. This 27" double oven does everything the high end 30" ovens do! It's true convection in both ovens, air fries, steams, air sous vide, and ten other functions I haven't had a chance to try yet! I have now packed away my countertop appliances including my air fryer, my sous vide cooker and my steamer. This oven is just what I have been looking for! And it is so easy to use. The size of the manual was a bit intimidating but digital menu on the oven is very intuitive.

Hard to find a Great Wall oven this size. Love all the features! Cooks everything to perfection! Down side is a small keypad but has ease of use. Would I buy it again? YES, in a heartbeat!

We really like this oven. It does....EVERYTHING...and at a very good price. The only drawback is the door and metal handle are not as solid as the Sears Elite oven we are replacing. But...that one broke, and that's more important. Hopefully we will get many years use from this one
