It took four tries for Best Buy to get an undamaged appliance for me. I ended up using four 1/2 days of paid vacation, getting home from work on the other side of town, only to get a message that my appliance was damaged and I needed to reschedule. Best Buy made no effort to call me the first two times. The delivery people left me messages that I would hear from a Best Buy rep on those days, but I had to call you. It was shocking to me how difficult the experience was. I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering another appliance from you, unless I could carry it out of the store. And I don't see how I could ever recommend a Best Buy purchase to a friend.
