At one point there was a big flare upon turning a burner on. I've contacted best buy about this issue and they forward me to Frigidaire (whom was not helpful in anyway claiming there's nothing they can do). I wouldn't recommend that anyone should purchase this range if shipping it internationally. I haven't been able to enjoy this range since I received it. Should have listen to my cousin and get the Samsung convection range (since he never had a problem with that brand).
