Just I concern about the smoke when you turn on the oven I think is to much scare!

temp stove while we waited for our permanent stove.

Well,we have owned this stove now for a year or so and have loved it!!!! We have had ZERO problems with it,my wife is a keen baker and cake maker and this stove serves us well,from boiling water quickly to making full home cooked meals,its been awesome. Exceptionally easy to clean,from the cooktop to the stainless steel. Everything is really easy to use,timers etc,and we are exceptionally pleased with its performance from day one.It has been worth every $$$ paid for it,it has been thoughtfully designed and is easy to use even for the most limited/challenged cooks (like Me) to use with ease without the fear of burning anything. I cant think of anything that has been an issue,i especially like the metal knobs as they come off easily and are equally easy to clean with no worries down the line as with plastic knobsd of chrome flaking off of them. The oven is VERY accurate on temperature and will cook meat perfectly,along with cakes etc,every thing turning out without issue,so if you are a keen home cook then this is a worthwhile addition to your kitchen. As I noted the stainless finish is VERY easy to clean,i use stainless steel wipes and a blue lint free cloth to wipe of the residue,its that simple,as for the stove top I use a good quality stove top cleaner available from home depot,just leave it to sit about 10 minutes to soften up baked on food/debris and it wipes off with very little effort.DONT use a scourer of ANY description as you WILL ruin the enamel finish. We like the self cleaning option on the oven al;ong with the convection fan,it really does help with even cooking. I recommended this to a friends wife after they came over for a meal,they have since bought one and are equally delighted with theirs. I installed ours myself(licensed plumber)that took all of about 10 minutes to do,set the time and haven't looked back.I really cant think of anything that's a problem with it,and unlike other reviews we haven't had to have any service calls as it worked perfectly straight out of the box.I AM suitably impressed with FridgidAire Gallery,so much so I also purchased the matching fridge freezer and dishwasher,ALL of which perform equally without issue. In closing,for the home cook who wants a great bang for their buck,this is well worth considering.

Faulty model with known issues since 2015. Unfixable

OK this gas range is seriously awesome. We looked at back-less ranges but they get expensive. For the money, this is a very awesome oven. It just looks so rich, like we would have paid double for it. The finishes are not cheap. Very happy with this purchase. Easy to install, easy to level, and easy to use and clean.

We are mostly happy with the functionality of the range but less than 2 months after purchasing it, the rubber feet on the cast iron cooking grates started coming off. I contacted Frigidaire and was told it was a cosmetic problem and not covered under warranty and therefore would have to purchase a repair kit for $37. I will be contacting geek squad to see if they will cover the repair so I don't have to worry about the cast iron grates scratching the stovetop any further. I would expect better customer service from such a large company. Being that I am willing to pay more for good customer service, I will not be purchasing any more Frigidaire products.

So far so good. Very good product - no issues - convection oven works great.

I was very excited for this stove. I was baking and using the stove at the same time when I touched the knob to adjust the temp it was extremely hot to touch. When I called best buy the tech told me to run the self cleaner for 3 hours & it should help. Not only did it not help, the lightbulb blew out. When the best buy geek came he told me it's going to keep happening. He told me that Frigidaire says this is a professional grade stove & that pros never touch the handles without a cloth. There was no mention of this while making the purchase. In fact the sales person who helped us never heard of this either we're returning this stove, the new one (different brand) is coming tomorrow. I'm very disappointed

Luv, Luv, Luv this oven....I was a little intimidated by the whole convection thing but I'm in love now !!! Can't wait to cook more stuff !! "Quick Bake" mode is so easy to use, don't know how I lived without it....and the fan is so quiet I thought it wasn't working...can't beat this oven for the $$$

We purchase this range thinking that the knobs might get warm, but quickly found that they get too hot to touch. They are dangerously hot if we use the broiler feature in the oven.

We needed a new range. After research. We found it!

After an in depth search for a new Gas Range This oven clearly had the best features,design and at a Great price at Best Buy. The quality is wonderful , scuff resistant chrome looks and feels like a much more expensive stove. We also got the matching microwave and just started remodling our kitchen to match how great the combo looks. Cooking great food and couldn't be happier. It's a 5 star set-up!

We were informed by Frigidaire that this model was exclusive for best buy to sell. Nice model but best buy does not include a broiler pan with its range. Called the store to find out about no broiler pan and we were told we had to purchase a broiler pan out right on line separately.

Love the oven. SS is easy to clean. The black range top is also easy to clean. Burners all are powerful and the oven convection feature works well.
