The delivery men arrived during the scheduled time which was awesome. They did let me know that during the installation of the stove, they discovered a small dent on the top right of the control panel. They took a picture of it and told me that I should call it in to let someone know of the dent. I feel that an issue such as this should have been reported by the delivery men immediately as opposed to leaving that responsibility on me. I never contacted anyone about the dent and it seems that the delivery men didn't either. Besides that small issue, the delivery itself was timely and quick.

Within months of operation the oven door closure mechanism failed. After searching on the internet, I came to the conclusion that this commonplace and is expected. The part was readily available and was easy to replace (I did it myself.) Then not all the burners will light via the electric ignition.

Best buys failed on this sale so bad that I returned this range myself. Salesperson did not tell me that I had to buy parts from another source to convert to LP.

I would NOT recommend this item. The first one that was delivered to my house stained within the first 2 days, I called Best Buy and was able to exchange for another one. I liked the model which is why I got exactly the same stove, well... within 2-3 days I had the same issue! I was told the black top was the most durable and that it didn't stain easily but that's not true for this stove. Very disappointing!

this is a very nice stove and works well.it cooks evenly and burners work great.and cosmetically looks great.there are some things I don't like.when arrived back covers where bent.because metal used on these new stoves is very light gauge.they are not built like they used to be that is for sure.but all new stoves are like this that I have seen.dont get me wrong it looks and works great I just do not like the flimsy metal used now on appliances.granted if you wanted high end you would buy Electrolux or kitchenaid.but you also pay for it as well.for the money though this is a well featured item that works great.and very hard to beat at this price point.also this stove has steam clean function not listed in specifications.

Nice stove good features make it easy to cook and its easy to keep clean

We have had this stove since 10/2019, and love ever thing about it except the knob are to easy to turn on when you are around it and not cooking, we have found this stove on several times, I am ordering knob locks to see if this fix the problem, Frigidaire needs to come up with a fix for this issue, before the end up getting sued.

I just purchased this and installed on Saturday, love the look, the oven works great, but all 5 burners keep "clicking to ignite" when turning them on. It won't stop, unless I turn it ALL the way up. So annoying, I'm wondering if I have a lemon.

Purchased what I imagine is the previous model of this range.. at Best Buy. Oddly enough the model does not even come up when searched for on the BB site. Mine is BGGF3045RFC. Purchased for a 2nd home. Used oven less than 10 times and now fails to light. Burners-fine Broiler-fine. Oven no good. Still like brand new, not even a bit of grease or debris and it just quit. Purchased over a year ago so.. warranty is out. Took advantage of 18 mos financing with no interest.. Well, I'm 15 months in and this oven is useless. Still paying for it. DO NOT PURCHASE Frigidaire. I took a chance and lost. NO I did not spend the extra money on a service plan. Gotta say, I was happy with it until I was left with an uncooked meatloaf. Buyer beware. Could happen with any of these appliances with these unreliable electronic controls.
