Does exactly what its suppose to. We have an older fridge from the early 2000s and this worked like a charm.

I noticed that the water from the fridge had a little taste to it. Once I switched out the filter, it was tasteless. Filtered water should never have a taste to it.

its great overall, but the water doesnt have the peculiar taste that the filters of Pur have may be thats a good thing but once you get used to it, you associate the taste with clean water from fresh filter
