I got this litter box for my cat, and it’s been amazing! No more daily scooping, and the odor control actually works. Love the app feature too – super convenient to monitor and manage. Worth the price for the peace of mind!

Thr unit fits perfectly under my sink. It does its work every single time. My cat got used to it in about a day and a half. If you use thr wrong litter thr urine leaks at the button. I use arm and hammer hard clump double duty. My favorite think is the auto packing!! I dont have to see poop ever!!! Now every time cleaning cycle happens you will get some smell because the lid of the poop opens to let the poop in the bag. For emergencies you can use a refular bag, the company even has a video that shows you how to do it. At $399 beats the competition

I’ve tried many automatic litter boxes and I definitely love this one most! It can pack and seal the waste, which just makes my life so much easier. I can also track my cats’ habits on my phone. Both of my cats learnt how to use it very quickly and they absolutely love it!

It's super convenient it got all set up when it arrived. I can simply just add the litter. My cat used it immediately and the auto-clean was rather accurate.

Best litter box ever! The price was great the odor control is excellent. Have owned for a month now and have 5 cats! Went to order another and can’t find them or the litter bags for them on Best Buy. Hope to purchase another.

Few things needs fixed to make this a great automatic littler box. Its great to tell me the trash is full (would like to have a notice sent to tell me its full instead of me checking all the time. When trash is full & I "Auto-Pac" the bag. It seals the bag fine, I would like the cleaning function to continue working. Right now it doesn't clean until you remove the sealed dirty bag. Lastly, during one of its rotations of self cleaning, it sprinkles liter out of the machine onto the floor. So the biggest issue is that I was not notified the trash bag was full, so the box went days without being cleaned and I didn't know it. Its a lot of money so I recommend comparing other self cleaning liter boxes.

I love this thing.. BUT, beware as the cat box has issues with the lid that covers the self cleaning trash can/bags. I have had it for 2 weeks and multiple times a day it tells me "no trash bag detected." So, it wont clean itself and i have 3 cats. Very annoying for such an expensive purchase. Im currently trying to figure out how to use the warranty or get it fixed.

I have tried several automatic, self cleaning litter boxes, this litter box actually self packs, and seals the trash bags so there is absolutely no odor. I like that it has a low door so even my kittens can get in. Having an automatic litter box does not mean that you are not allowed to use it with kittens. It means you must supervise the cleaning when kittens are using your automatic litter box Versus having the litter box clean after one or two minutes of its use. This is an excellent litter box I have already purchased another one.

Litter box constantly needs to be reset and bag detector needs to be changed for future models. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it’s too much of a hassle and I’d rather just have a regular litter box for this price tag.

This thing blows away my friends litter robot! Design seems much more sturdy and reliable. Automatically packing and sealing the waste is a really nice feature. My cat started using it right away and preferred it over his old box by the second dayz I was able to discard them and now the cat smell in my home is gone!

I was a bit worried because of some of the bad reviews, but mine is great. Very easy to set up, my cat loves it. From what i can tell, this is the cheapest smart litter box you can buy that works really well.

Lets start with the fact that I used this for 10 days and I would NOT recommend for purchase. PROS- auto packing worked (but there are cons also), deodorizer was fantastic, aesthetically lools good? CONS- wouldn’t register that my cat had used it, would register my cats opposite of who it was while they have a 3lb weight difference, Deep cleaning it was awful bc of the door they have on it. The litter gets in the track and you have tonrock it back and forth to try to get it out. The inside litter mat had litter trapped under it from dumping. Oh and we have two cats but had to auto pack everyday.

This thing fails every other weekend. Do not spend your money its not safe at all. It has a million system errors it throws at me and currently its trying to autopack but its failing and not stopping trying so its just whirring and whirring. The bags are so thin they rip too and fall out of the trash box so you end up having to manually clean it anyway. I'd upload the video but the file is too large.

The app is terrible and only syncs to my phone about 10% of the time. The bags don't seal like advertised and rip open way too easily. The first few weeks were definitely the best. It's been a battle since. It is always indicating that there's no trash bag when there is, that the bag is full when it's not and it's occupied when it's not.

Let me tell you something about this litter box.It is freaking amazing, It hasn't misa beat for over 6 months and has made my life a lot easier and plus the smell of a litter box is way better.

This automatic litter box has been really convenient. It keeps the litter area clean and helps reduce odors. It’s made things a lot easier for me and my cat adjusted to it quickly.

I have been very satisfied with the litter box. It was very easy to set up and it works very well. The app is easy to use and I like that it seals the bags of waste automatically. I have two cats that use the litter box and so far it has been as advertised. Great product.

This litter box sucks. It is constantly needing to be reset because it doesn’t detect the bag (brand new bag installed). The barrel is too small for full grown cats. The design has so many small crevices that litter gets into and it’s a pain to clean and you have to clean it or the trash compartment lid won’t close. When ordering new parts it takes at least 4 weeks to get them. You have to use specific trash bags and again wait time is atrocious. I tried this box because I initially thought the odor would be contained a lot easier and sealing bag was very appealing. But I will never purchase a product from this company again. There are lots of other designs on the market that are better and cheaper. I’m only writing a review because I don’t want someone to make the same mistake I did.
