A trip down memeory lane with a modern twist. This is based on the old game and watch series, but now comes with the original Super Mario Bros and the lost levels. The old cup and ball game is included too. The games are classics so you know what you're getting and this thing is really small. Fun that first in your pocket. A great Nintendo collectible.

This is a terrific little handheld with some charming surprises and artwork built in. This is 100% the original NES SMB, not the Super Mario 35 with the bouncier physics. It does have a nice “unlimited lives” cheat which is helpful, since I’ve always had trouble finishing this game. However, SMB 2 does live up to its legacy as being crazy difficult, so I was only able to put up with it for so long, but it’s still a fun little time capsule. Nice build, heft. A cool toy. A little too expensive though, let’s be honest about that.

This is a great product. Although the box may be on the cheap, the game and watch itself is such a high quality item. The D-pad is responsive and durable. Also the A and B buttons are soft touch like the original Game and Watch. Since this game has an infinite lives cheat, there’s no need to do the 100 lives trick! But I did it anyway for old times sake!

This is pretty small. It is nice to throw in my pocket and play on. I collect so it is a nice addition to my collection. I wasn't going to pay full price for this item. I had read reviews and watched it since preorder/released and decided not to buy at that time. I ended up ordering when it went on sale and used my points towards it as well. My son's been wanting to play on it, but he hasn't played Mario as much since doubt it would hold his interest on. The watch part I don't use at all, but know it is like the older models so.

A fun little device if you love Super Mario or have nostalgia for a simpler time. It's very compact and well-built. The buttons and d-pad feel response and 'nice'. Games included are Super Mario bros, part 2 (at one point in time a Japan exclusive), and a juggle 'game and watch's game. And of course, the device can be used to display the time!

Purchased as a collectable to keep and display. What I will review is the small compact and well packaged box since I won't be opening it. Always worried about damaged items to the box even when doing a store pick up. I'm very please Nintendo included a nice tight sleeve that not only protects the box, but puts nice Super Mario Bros. graphics on it.

The Game & Watch unit has a much better screen than I expected. It is tiny and easy to take with you. This is mostly a collector piece for NES fans.

The Super Mario Bros. Game & Watch is very much a commemorative item. From a value proposition standpoint, it doesn't offer a ton when compared to, say, a Nintendo Switch. However, for Nintendo and Mario fans, it's a nice collectable. Yes, it trades greatly on nostalgia, but it's still a fun little device that helped me open a conversation about retro gaming with my son. Sometimes value propositions get thrown out of whack when it comes to sharing and making special memories with your kids.

Retro fun, in a pocket sized handheld. Super Mario Bros. 1 and 2 (JPN version) look better than ever. Sleek, attractive handheld. Impressive sound.

For those fortunate to find one and enjoy playing the original Mario Game, this thing is great! Although there are a few features from the original game and watch devices that are missing on this, that would have made it 5 stars. 1. No alarm feature. Original game and watch had an alarm you could set which would create music and an animation. This would have tied in well with this devices color display. What good is the watch part if there is no alarm 2. Built in kickstand. Original game and watch had a kick stand so it would sit up on your desk.

I have to say it is one the Switch collectibles. It surely looks cool. But it has a few issues with the design. It's light. It's made of plastic, so it doesn't have much weight to it. Which makes it feel cheap. It only has mono sound. The screen is small but bright and vibrant. Looks just like the old Game & Watch consoles used to. It has only one speaker on the left side. It gets loud, but since it's made of plastic, it's OK. Anyway, the first portable gaming system that was Nintendo produced 40 years ago. This reminds me so much of my childhood-

Great nostalgia video game with a good display. Mostly use the original SMB because I never got used to SMB2, but still good to have, and Ball game is not as fun as it might have used to be. Control is nice and close to original. 2 things I don't like as much: 1. the buttons are soft-touch like old style calculators and seem to get sticky or collect fuzz after a while. I don't know, would prefer NES type buttons. 2. The opening for the speaker is on the left side and tends to be obstructed by your finger in which case you lose sound.

This product is soooo amazing! I was waiting for the release. First off, very unique packaging! Clear exterior makes box looks like it has an active screen. Very light weight product that has multiple features such as playing games, clock, and videos of the game playing with featured music. Very cool product to have within your collection
