The Nintendo game cube adapter allows me to use a controller which is more suitable for certain games

Title says it all. A must have if you're like me and need a GC controller for smash. Plus, it has the added bonus that the Switch detects the GC controller in other games as USB controller, unlike with the Wii U.

This is a must have if you are playing Smash Ultimate. For me personally, I feel more comfortable using an already familiar gamecube controller for a competitive game such as Smash. Simply works as it should.

It’s a good product and does what it’s supposed to do. It let you use your GameCube controllers with your Nintendo Switch or Wii U. It’s even compatible with the Wavebird controller. While the product is good, don’t buy it from this retailer. They raised the price by $5 when SSB was released to capture the demand for this product.

The GameCube controller has been considered the one of the go-to controllers for Smash games by pro players and newcomers alike. Perfect for tournaments, no need to worry about disconnecting from the Switch, just a simple unplug. The only thing that’s slightly annoying about this is the two USB’s you need to have plugged in. I know that’s how it was on the Wii U but it’s still a nuisance.

The adapter is great I love being able to play with my old game cube controllers

The adapter works great - have used on both my Switch and on PC, no issues with either. Fits the standard four GC controllers. Cable is of a solid length and the wires aren't thin or flimsy.

Buy this if you play Mario smash bros and love the GameCube controller.

I would totally recommend it. it is not your typical RPG.

Great for playing multiplayer for the new supersmash brothers brawl. Also features are awesome. I definitely would recommend getting this especially if you have a party to play with

This was very useful for playing smash with a more traditional feel, or to play any game on the Switch with a classic or rereleased GameCube controller

They make you get this to be able to use any gamecube controllers

Being able to sue my gamecube controller in Smash is excellent, plus the lack of latency with the wired connection is very helpful for those super competitive friends.

This adapter allows you to use GameCube controllers for the Switch. The GameCube controllers are a lot better for Smash Bros than the Switch controllers (in my opinion)

Does what it was meant to do. No issues with this product.

I was happy to find out that Nintendo was rereleasing this adapter for the Switch. Having another option besides the cramped joy cons was definitely a bonus.

Works well, just what I wanted before the new smash.
