Gamer is quite an interesting take on the future of society. To use human as literal game avatars, in a life and death match. Is quite a leap in desensitization for our culture.On the other hand it make for an interesting premise. The writing for the movie isn't the best but, the overall concept of the film is good. Action-packed, over the top, not much more though. Recommended for action junkies.

It's an interesting movie. Has some good action scenes. Is it great? No, but it's a decent watch. I bought it for $5. I thought it was worth that price tag.

This movie brings a whole new thought process to augmented reality. Maybe not with actual people, but I can't wait until something like this can be done in VR.

Was good movie lots of action and stuff. Its awesome in 3D everything jumps out at you and it almost makes you jump. would have been a good one to see at the IMax

At times the movie gets a little silly, but overall it was action packed and the 3D was amazing! Unique concept on the story, would definitely recommend it.

The movie is pretty original and I can see the appeal of the film. Many persons who enjoy first-person video games would appreciate this film!

Mixed bag, good 3D, good story but a little more brutal than my wife will tolerate.

This movie was directed by the same 2 that directed crank. Similar style of film but done in action game style. Decent 3D conversion.

Although this is not an Academy Award winner, the action and 3D picture is worth it.

The concept and some of the scenes were pretty great. The 3D didn't really pop out as much as it should have.

Been trying to find a blu ray special edition of this movie for a while. Some people have the regular Blu-ray, but this is the one I wanted. Don't know if it was post-black Friday or digital Monday but the price was awesome. Gerard Butler still one of my favorites. Love these Best Buy sales on DVDs I want.

I love Gerard Butler, this movie I had to watch twice to really appreciate what the director did. The 3d was good

This is a pretty good movie for people who like lots of action and could imaging the possiblity of mind control in the future.

The movie was better than I thought. There seemed to be mixed reviews, but in the end I am glad I decided to buy it.

For the price that was being offered I thought it was a very good value. And the film's not too bad either.

Huge stiff at the box office, but good movie for at home 3-D. It's no 'Gamer' changer, but it's fun.

I really liked the 3d effects. The story is a bit lame, but I didn't expect much.
