Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the G7 Pro Controller's overall performance and satisfying button quality. Many appreciate its comfortable feel during extended gaming sessions and the absence of stick drift. However, some users have noted the lack of wireless connectivity to Xbox Series X and that the controller is smaller than expected.

I tried scuff and while they are good, these are the same but better and have highter polling rate. I never used the buttons on the back wall on the scuf and gamesir omits these buttons. The app works well and theyre only $60-80. No drift so far other than 2-3 which hasnt gotten worse so 5 stars

Great controller, TMR sticks and the hair triggers work amazingly. Little to no delay and polling rate is great on console. Have yet to try it on PC but the 1000hz polling rate is next level for any fps or racing games. Would recommend 10/10. Some of the highest level of hardware you can get for under $80

Perfect Controller – Exactly What I Needed Picked this up from Best Buy and I couldn’t be happier. The controller feels solid, responsive, and comfortable during long gaming sessions. Buttons are smooth, joysticks are precise, and there’s no input lag at all. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box.

Never dabbled with "Pro" controllers being a 20+ year gamer. Started with Scuf and just couldn't fine tune my aim (all I play is FPS) like I could with the G7 pro. Litterally took a chance on a company I never heard of and it paid off. Im not going to say I was pulling off Nukes every game, but this did increase my overall k/d for bo7 from a 0.8 after two month's of use to a 1.6. So again, you have to constantly change settings to find that perfect balance. But for 80 bucks, this was the best controller I've ever played with.

Fantastic controller. Analog sticks are smooth and accurate. The programmable buttons at the top of the controller are a game changer. Having stoppers for the programmable back buttons is a feature i didn't know i needed. The big selling points for me are the TMR sticks with the hall effect triggers and mechanical buttons. The plastic will wear out on this before the actual buttons and analog sticks. On top of that the build feels solid. Only issue and the reason i took it down a star is due to the d-pad. Functional but feels loose and much lower quality than the rest of the controller. There are "fixes" for it which improves it but this review is based on out-of-box condition. TL:DR I highly recommend unless you play fighting games or d-pad focused games.

    Great alternative to Xbox Elite

Liked the Microsoft Xbox Elite Series 2 controller but too many issues. First one I bought had stick drift right out of the box. Was able to exchange it for another one and it was great for a bit until it developed stick drift too. Sent it in for repair and it got fixed but never felt the same. Then the stick drift came back not too long after so I gave up on it and shopped around and found this guy. At the time of writing this, I've had it for 5 months with 0 issues. Feels similar to the xbox elite without the extra fluff and not as heavy. This is a great alternate for anyone looking for a pro controller but don't want to spend almost double for a notoriously unreliable microsoft one.

Decents controller feels good works well just some issues. I've already purchased and returned 2 of these with the exact same issue. I recommend purchasing one of the newer versions where they addressed the d-pad issue. They also disconnected randomly when playing and these are wired controllers.

[Employee of bestbuy] It’s great for my pc and the grips on the controller is great. The controller doesn’t feel cheap at all. This honestly feels better than the xbox controller.

I am very happy with the quality of the controller, it feels better in my hands than a traditional one. I was weary of the rubber on the grips but it is actually very comfortable, the clicky buttons are a nice touch aswell. Im not usually someone who likes the disk instead of a D-pad but I dont notice any differences using this controller, and if I did it comes with two different D-pad types. The main selling point of this controller being the hall effect joysticks and the charging dock for me do not disappoint. I wont be using controllers from any other brand after this.

Okay, so, I've had a lot of controllers in my life, and usually, after a few months, they start feeling kinda...meh. Buttons get sticky, sticks drift, you know the drill. But this Xbox controller? Nah, it's like they built it outta pure awesome. The texture on the grips is perfect – not too rough, not too smooth, just right for marathon gaming sessions. And the responsiveness? Forget about it. It's like the controller knows what I want to do before I even do it. Seriously, it's witchcraft. I'm not even kidding when I say it's improved my gameplay. Headshots are crisper, combos are cleaner, and my K/D ratio? Let's just say my friends are starting to get suspicious. But it's not just about performance, it's about feel. This thing is solid. It's got a nice weight to it, and it just feels good in my hands. Plus, the buttons have this satisfying click that's music to my ears. I know that sounds kinda weird, but trust me, once you experience it, you'll understand. And the battery life? It lasts forever! I swear, I can play for days without having to recharge. Honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about. This controller is the real deal. If you're on the fence about buying one, just do it. You won't regret it. It's worth every penny.

Works great on pc, lots of features for a great price, and the ability to switch between the different tri-modes work seamlessly. Hall effect joy sticks as well to save money so you dont have to keep buying new controllers everytime you get stick drift!
