Rarely is the price better at Best Buy, so I get almost everything online. The one thing they can offer is service, and they have continually dropped the ball in this area. I wrote the location and corporate to express my concerns. The G7 Pro is excellent. Great weight, responsive, so many buttons! Complete configuration opportunity. The grip is nice also.

The build quality is top-notch—solid, comfortable, and with just the right weight. The Hall Effect sticks are super smooth with zero drift, and the triggers feel incredibly responsive. I also love that it’s wired for zero input lag, and the 1000Hz polling rate really shows during gameplay. The customizable faceplates and remappable buttons are a nice bonus too. Works perfectly on my Xbox Series X and PC. Easily one of the best controllers in its price range.

Having a hardwire, bluetooth, and wireless usb adapter option makes it super versatile. If you're picking one of these up for an XBox, please think hard about it. This model does not connect wirelessly to an XBox without an expensive adapter. There is a different model that does.
