Great while it lasted, the hair triggers no longer work and the bumpers are very finicky. This is actually one of the first controllers that has just stopped working on me without me slamming it or throwing it.

Was amazed with the technology in such a good price range for the controller. But unfortunately, I probably felt victim to a defective product because after one day of usage, both the right bumper and the smaller bumper above it started squeaking like a bad door hinge and wouldn’t go away

Decent controller. Smaller form factor than a standard Xbox controller. Started having issues with the mouse click triggers after less than 2 months of use

NO WIRELESS MODE ON XBOX. This is disappointing because it’s advertised as wireless - not only pc wireless

This controller will not stay connected. I wish I could return it but Best Buy only gave me 2 weeks. It was a gift so it didn’t get used right away.

This does not compare to the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. The paddle buttons on the grip are heard to press while playing. The d pad does not function properly either.

If you can keep the buttons on (which you can’t), it’s great. It won’t connect to the Xbox One to use wireless so the cord is always in the way.

    Xbox Microphone is too quiet

I recently purchased the G7 Pro Wireless (White) from Best Buy. I’ve been using it on my Xbox Series X. I updated the firmware, I’ve tried different headsets and different cords, and I’m still having an issue. My microphone is too quiet. In-game chat, Xbox Party, and Discord all report the same - my party says my microphone is extremely quiet. I’ve followed all the guides I can to try to fix it but no avail. I have tried my wired turtlebeach headset, my new IEM headphones, and I’ve tried using an aux splitter to use my professional microphone instead - all are too quiet. Again, I’ve updated and gamesir software, tried different cords, different mics, and the only way I get it to go away is when I switch to my Xbox elite 2 controller.

I love ALMOST everything about this controller. However, I’ve gone through 2 in 2 months, due to RT issues! It even shows that the RT is hit and miss when pressed in the software. I know I have a heavy trigger finger, but come on! You have to make the switches more durable.
