Xbox Microphone is too quiet
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the G7 Pro Wireless (White) from Best Buy. I’ve been using it on my Xbox Series X. I updated the firmware, I’ve tried different headsets and different cords, and I’m still having an issue. My microphone is too quiet. In-game chat, Xbox Party, and Discord all report the same - my party says my microphone is extremely quiet. I’ve followed all the guides I can to try to fix it but no avail. I have tried my wired turtlebeach headset, my new IEM headphones, and I’ve tried using an aux splitter to use my professional microphone instead - all are too quiet. Again, I’ve updated and gamesir software, tried different cords, different mics, and the only way I get it to go away is when I switch to my Xbox elite 2 controller.

Avoid this Controller.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Avoid this controller. So far, the G7 HE is much better and much cheaper. The Pro d-pad feels and sounds terrible. It’s not a very positive click or feel. The makes a tinny high pitched noise when you release it just right. It happens often though. The triggers when set to mouse click mode do NOT “Hold”. They just press and release even if you continue holding them. It’s definitely not supposed to do that. Also, the home button thinks I’m holding it when I’m just pressing and releasing. Now, I’m having to deal with the warranty instead of Best Buy returning it, so 1 star for Best Buy as well.

RT flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love ALMOST everything about this controller. However, I’ve gone through 2 in 2 months, due to RT issues! It even shows that the RT is hit and miss when pressed in the software. I know I have a heavy trigger finger, but come on! You have to make the switches more durable.

Not better than elite series 2 for Xbox
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This does not compare to the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. The paddle buttons on the grip are heard to press while playing. The d pad does not function properly either.

Works - but not as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller works for xbox, only when plugged in. I feel like we were misled in the advertising of it. We got this to be rid of stick-drift, but wanted a wireless controller. We were set to return it, but our oldest son decided he was fine with the corded option.

Faulty Triggers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller has a MAJOR design flaw. When the trigger stops are enabled, the trigger input cuts in and out. This is a hardware issue that happens to EVERY model within a few weeks of use. This will happen to every single unit. Do a quick Google search on this issue before purchasing if you don't believe me. Best Buy won't let me return the controller because I am just barely outside the return window, so now I have to get a warranty replacement from Gamesir every few weeks for a year until the warranty ends. Stay as far away from this company as possible and pay the extra money for the new ROG Raikiri II or Razer Wolverine V3 Pro.

Wireless for everything but xbox
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent controller, but not what they make it out to be. Fit and build quality is decent, not worth this kind of money, plus only wired for Xbox.
