    The paddles in the back don’t click like the other buttons. I ended up returning it because I didn’t like the back paddles. Too mushy.

    Was a good controller but can’t use to do constant disconnecting/lag. Customer support I feel is dragging it on. They want video evidence but how they expect me to capture lag between my controller and the screen. Just looks like I’m moving a little awkward. Good controller but wouldn’t recommend unless you have some kind of warranty through Best Buy because their customer support will drag it on if it messes up. FYI have done all the troubleshooting steps that were suggested by customer support

    This controller works for xbox, only when plugged in. I feel like we were misled in the advertising of it. We got this to be rid of stick-drift, but wanted a wireless controller. We were set to return it, but our oldest son decided he was fine with the corded option.
