The d-pad button gets very touchy unable to push 1 single button without pushing another.

This controller has a MAJOR design flaw. When the trigger stops are enabled, the trigger input cuts in and out. This is a hardware issue that happens to EVERY model within a few weeks of use. This will happen to every single unit. Do a quick Google search on this issue before purchasing if you don't believe me. Best Buy won't let me return the controller because I am just barely outside the return window, so now I have to get a warranty replacement from Gamesir every few weeks for a year until the warranty ends. Stay as far away from this company as possible and pay the extra money for the new ROG Raikiri II or Razer Wolverine V3 Pro.

The buttons are loud clicky, and squeaky. D Pad absolutely sucks, mine is getting stuck. The only good things seem to be the sticks and triggers. I've tried lots of controllers btw, id give this a 4 out of 10

This controller will not stay connected. I wish I could return it but Best Buy only gave me 2 weeks. It was a gift so it didn’t get used right away.

The button stick on the controller. Very frustrating, when trying to play your game. Other than that, it's average.

I try to plug in 5 headset on my gamesir g7 pro but they all got echo when i plug it in when i plug in my new head set in still got echo all 5 of them and even my new one so only issue will be is my gamesir g7 controller audio issue that all please fix the audio issue in the future and thank you

trigger started to give out after the first 6 months. No drops no spills nothing

My controller never actually came. Two delivery drivers came with an empty box took the box back and said they would take it back to the wear house to ship me another one

App is glitching out on my PC, looked like it was virus. Bought as a gift for someone & can't return or exchange it now

Decent controller, but not what they make it out to be. Fit and build quality is decent, not worth this kind of money, plus only wired for Xbox.

This control is one of the best control out there for the price. I haven't had any problems with it and you can recalibrate if there is any stick drift! Also you can reprogram your buttons to a certain style that you play for certain games.
