Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the product's excellent overall performance, comfortable ergonomics, and responsive button quality. Its broad compatibility across various platforms, impressive battery life, extensive customization options, and appealing RGB lighting are also highly valued, complemented by a convenient charging dock. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, with the device randomly turning off during use, and a few were not entirely convinced by the red/white color scheme.

Great on discount - poor trigger stops

It's a good controller if you get it on discount. The only real issue I've had with it are the trigger stops are way too weak. The stops can kind of slip out of their position and go back full trigger mode if you click too hard. Now, as of a couple weeks ago my right trigger stop is completely broken (at least not consistently useable). Other than that the speed is great. Back buttons are solid and easy to click. The joysticks are still perfect. If they would have only strengthened the stops i'd rate higher.

I got this for my Switch 2 as I am not going pay $85+tax for Nintendo branded and glad I did. You may need to update the firmware as it was acting a bit crazy jumping areound on the screen from time to time. After the update all great. Feels of great quality and for a good price. Software is even good. I am not a fan of the color to be honest, I dont care that much as i dont look at it while playing. Easy recommend if you dont want to pay the Nintendo tax.

This controller when on sale is a great value. I use it for my switch and also steam deck via the usb adapter. Battery life is sold. Turn off vibration will make it last a bit longer.

The USB 2.4ghz adapter was missing from the package, so I had to use Bluetooth for PC. (Yes, it is not plugged into the base either.) Average controller otherwise.

Solid ugly controller with some limitations

It's a solid controller with hall effect thumbsticks and hall effect triggers. The shape is more like Xbox controller than say 8bitdo or PS5. I only dislike three things. One, the exclusive best buy color is pretty ugly. Two, the front face is pretty big/broad, so the midsection of the controller feels a little chonky. Three, there is no way to store profiles on how to program the back paddles. Other controllers with back paddles allow different profiles to duplicate different buttons, like fortnite jump and slide buttons are different than call of duty jump and slide buttons. No way to create a profile for each game layout.

Almost amazing! Not great on Switch 2

The feel and build quality of this controller is almost too good to be true. It has more features than most "budget" controllers and a cool charge dock. You can remove the faceplate and swap the ABXY buttons however you'd like. Downside for me is, I bought 2 of them and they only stay connected to my Switch 2 for maybe 30 to 45 at a time via Bluetooth. After that it disconnects and shuts off. The USB dongle does NOT work on Switch 2. You can connect to the dongle but the controller will not do anything. USB dongle works fine on PC though.

I bought this controller to use with my Switch OLED and it pairs perfectly. All I have to do is pick it up off of the stand and it turns on my Switch. How cool is that!

4.5 stars. It works great on my switch and PC. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because you can’t use the Bluetooth connection on pc, you have to use a dongle. It took some web searching to figure that out. But overall I’m happy with it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Hall effect sticks and triggers which almost guarantees no stick drift, controller feels comfortable but also feels like it’s worth something. I’ve spent $150-200 on other competitive style controllers like the Scuf Envision Pro, and the Razer Wolverine controllers, and the fact that the Gamesir at just $50 can literally do the exact same thing and feel better is incredible.
