This speaker performed better than other splash-proof speakers in the store and is plenty loud in real life use.

You can always delete the audio if wanted but to NOT have it at all is a minus. Don't like the way it will 'save file' solely because the stereo is up loud and vibrations somehow make it save the file. All in all not bad but there are better for the same money.

The videos are extremely crisp and clear. The one con I would say about this dash cam is I don't preferably like the "alert" sounds it makes, there very loud and at times almost alarming to hear in the middle of driving.

Posted .Sorry about the volume of the Alert Tones. This model allows you to turn the Alert Tones volume off/on. Select the down arrow button> Settings> Alert Tones and toggle on/off. Thanks, James
