I wouldnt even be near a car and the dashcam starts to beep for me being “too close” to a car or not in between the lines (when I am). The beep is also really loud and disturbing.

Also, the recordings do not seem to loop over each other on the card. Stopped recording after a few months but red recording light was still on. We had to reformat the SD card every day to ensure recording.

Posted .We're happy to help resolve your experience. Power issues are easily resolved with simple troubleshooting. Stay away from a wall power block that isnt Garmin for the off chance power ratings dont meet or exceed the dash cams need. Sounds like you may also be experiencing an SD card issue. It keeps freezing / frozen / stuck either on the Garmin boot up or the "starting parking guard" notification. It's also giving me the format card error. I've swapped three different sd cards and they all have the same issues. The cards are supposed to cycle or constantly loop, so it erases earlier video saves, but this dash cam says the card is full. I have the Dashcam 57 in my other car and haven't run into any issues, so it might be this particular model or I just got a lemon. I'm going to take it back to the store and see if I can get it exchanged since it's under warranty and I have BB Protection.
