it works just like any other dash cam which is much cheaper. It is impossible to see cars lisence plate.

This camera is on of the best a car or truck should have.

It works for 1 - 2 weeks then it will go black and be completely dead

Bluetooth function no longer working after less than 1 year. Sd card only so a little inconvenient but not horrible. Will try to warranty!

The camera has great features and is easy to use, but i am not at all impressed with the video quality. You can not read license plates, so u will capture the video of an accident but not important details like a license plate. Specialy now a days with so many hit and runs you need a camera with good enough video to capture all the details.

Product is decent and works as needed. 1 star rating was for customer service at the white marsh md location. Item was purchased during off peak hours (weekday late morning) 2 registers working, 1st register was dealing with a problem customer and had been doing so since i stepped in line. i was next in line to checkout. 2nd cashier looks at line (3 people waiting behind me) then leaves register and proceeds to go talk with another employee. waited in line 15+ minutes until 2nd cashier gets another employee to take over register. will not shop there again

Why does even have to have WiFi for them to work? I needed a small camera to be able to catch my ex trying to vandalize my vehicle and of course this didn’t work. You must have a source of WiFi for this to work, besides the fact that has to have a source to keep it working NOT WIRELESS makes it so obvious I had no use for it, I had to return it

over price. not sure about Garmin dash cam 47 price too high

Returned. Didnt connect. Tried virtually everything. After two hours just returned it.

This dash cam does not record when suppose too, in order to view videos it records (rarely) you have to connect to the garmin cam and it will say disconnect so i have to pair each time, FYI you cant go inside your house or a place to view the videos, you have to stay in your car and connect each time. I pay monthly for storage, but dont have videos, been a few times ive had to slam on breaks due to people cutting off yet no recording.

Leaned ibto buying a wuality product from a familiar brand and ended up with a bad product to damage the brand reputation. Bluetooth sync is buggy didnt even work even after politely rebooting my mobile ten times with a service professional. Wont advise my friends for garmin anymore.

Great when it's working. But after 14 months it stopped working. And of course the warranty is for a year only. So got to buy a new one. Too much for $170 if used only for a year.

I got into a car accident and it did not auto record or save due to button press

It works great and therei s an extra magnet in there for you. Just note that the magnet cannot be removed

I think I this item to the store to exchange you for another one the workers in the store they returned and then give me any 10 bags. It was very rude.

Not the best quality really poor what I expected and the reality are two different things would not recommend this camera to anyone
