Easy to set up and install. Videos are crystal clear. Only complaint is that it’s wi-fi connectivity and Apple air play seem to compete for priority with my phone so the Garmin app doesn’t work as well.

Great little dash cam. Clear video. Doesn't get in the way of vision but it sees everything.

I been using garmin dash cam for many years and now my old one quit I decided to go with garmin again it may not have all the bells and wistle but it did its job. Conitnue to work in extreme hot weather and i was able to pull the videos as a proof without any issues. I decided to install 2 dash cam this time one in the front and one in the back as the garmin software can sync both videos into one.

Recommend good pictures quality and wide angle lens

Outstanding upgrade. Works great. All features are working as described. Red camera detection, lane departure and traffic movements are great. Warning collision is super. Night recording is good as good it can be. I definitely recommend it to have. Keep in mind that carplay needs own wifi network. So in order to watch video on phone you firstly need to switch wifi network from carplay one to garmin’s. Just do that thru your settings.

Wanted to get a dash cam from a few close call. While the setup was easy and did have some issues connect to the Garmin app. License plate are in read able at any distant.

This is one of the most amazing dash cams I have ever used. It’s like having a co-pilot in vehicle with you! Very intuitive to use as well along with the app for your smartphone.

Garmin unit is small and easy to mount. The magnetic holder is awesome when camera needs to be removed.

The dashcam itself is pretty good, the picture quality could be better as it pertains to reading license plates. Pretty easy to set up. The only annoying thing is you can't buy the little magnet you use to mount it you have to buy the whole arm assembly.

The video from this dash cam was pretty good however, it failed to record many times. Set up was very difficult, and the system had to be reset multiple times. Connecting it to my phone via Bluetooth took multiple tries. Unfortunately, the way this system is designed, there is very limited access over Wi-Fi. There are much better Wi-Fi controls and using Rexing or Blackvue.

Excellent workings. Easy set up and lots of bells and whistles - LOTS of bells and whistles - so is it my driving making all that music?

This dash cam exceeded my expectations! I read some reviews and I was hesitant because many of them spoke of difficulty using it. I bought this for my husband’s semi truck and it works perfectly! Clear recordings, and the picture is great- even at night. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with this dash cam. It is compact, accurate and easy to operate. I was satisfied and appreciated having Best Buy install it in my vehicle and the tech spent time with me to learn how to use it.

Camera works great. Ordered a dongle from Amazon to connect from my camera to my rear view mirror in my Tacoma. I didn’t want to run the power cord through the truck or have it hanging. Viewing quality is good.

Had an older model and very happy we upgraded. Excellent wide-angle coverage and quality of both picture/video. Using HD instead of 4K to preserve memory and still outstanding quality. Provides peace of mind with the car park recording capability. Strongly recommend. And now using older model for rear view recording.

Bought this because of a really bad accident that happened next to us in San Antonio, I found out a few days later the car that caused the accident and ran got away. Even being severely damaged. Car drove by so quick none of the witnesses got a plate number or had a dash cam. Went straight to Best Buy and made this purchase after returning home from our trip, great quality video with lots of features

Yeah yeah the picture is clear. The real beauty of this decice is you set it up and forget about it and once connected you can just say “ok garmin, record video” and when you get home the video is uploaded to the vault and you can view, splice, and download straight to your phone.
