It was great for a bit however it is difficult to pair to the app. Even had to buy a separate mini sd card cause the one I had didn’t work. Trying to export video from the app to phone the other day is making it hard without restarting my phone.

Nice product, its compact. The video quality could have been much better. For this price they could have added the 4k resolution

Camera is small, doesn't have a screen, which was fine with me. However, it doesn't seem to record all my events. Also, it seems to "reset" fairly often when I'm driving (can hear the sound, and flashing light blue lights). Not sure if "reset" is the right word, but seems like it's restarting or something. Not sure if it's because other bluetooth devices are around me or not.

Within a month after purchasing this product, I was already having problems with it. I called tech-support on three separate occasions and they went through every possible scenario to try to restore its functionality. The last tech said it was a faulty device and would be replaced. After she gathered all my information, at the very end, she told me that I would be getting my factory refurbished replacement within two weeks, and that I needed to send back the old one or I would be charged full price, for the replacement. My product was less than 30 days old, and they wanted me to accept a factory, refurbished piece of crap, that is unacceptable and unethical in my opinion. I told her absolutely not. I was not going to accept anything but a brand new product which I had just purchased a little over three weeks ago. She told me that it was their policy to send factory refurbished replacements. Garmin does not stand behind their product and I will not under any circumstances recommend or purchase any more Garmin products until they make this right with me. Shame on you, Garmin, shame on you! I feel taking advantage of and deceived by Garmin. Shame on you, but what do you care, you got my money and I have a defective product. Thanks a lot.!

Less than a week into ownership I would notice it occasionally not turning on. Ruled out the usb 12v power adapter as the issue. Sometimes it would work, most of the time it didn't. Slow and annoying to connect to your phone. Would not recommend.

I am using this as my rear camera. I got bumped in the rear and the incident was not recorded. I reached out to Garmin and was told my sd card was not working. But all prior and after the incident, all videos are aaved. Garmin wanted me to simulate the impact for them to replace the device. Very wierd solution.

Perfect size. Everything else is a little underdeveloped. The video quality is underwhelming. The app is buggy in terms of its connection with the device and ability to quickly/easily view video. You also have to purchase a memory card.

Very disappointed. Because of the brand , I thought it would be a quality product, but it wasn’t. The camera looked and felt like a toy and definitely wasn’t user friendly. It wouldn’t connect to my phone through the app and the lack of screen made me worried if anything was recorded. I was able to pick up another camera and for the same price it was 10x better. It was easy to set up, it recorded in parking mode without constant power, and it felt sturdy like a real camera. (Nextbase)

Good camera, the only complaint is that it makes a beep when the camera turns on and off which you can't disable. Some like this so they know if their camera shuts off mid-drive but I prefer no sound. An overall solid camera though.

Connection is pretty fast. Camera works good but it does have a glitch while driving. Not as smooth as I would like and camera quality is lacking a little. For the price it works well and it’s hides behind my mirror so not a distraction. One negative is that you have to have the camera on to see any saved videos.

I really like it so far and it was very easy to install so don't pay anybody to do it unless you want it hardwired. I would highly recommend this one since you really don't need a screen and it hides itself well.
