Using three different android devices, only an ancient Galaxy Tab S2 can connect to it at all. That at least got the firmware update. None of my android 12 devices can connect at all and the tab connection is a joke, constantly dropping. This product is an embarrassment. I have never had so much trouble getting something so simple to work but Garmin found a way to screw this thing up in every possible aspect. From the annoying beep to the constant connection issues this thing is at best a proof of concept not ready for prome time. At this rate wait for the Mini 37 before there's any hope they get it right. I hope I can find the box to send this garbage back for a refund. What a joke. This is probably the most maddening and frustrating product experience I have had in a couple years. To think Garmin was once a respected name only to ship something so clearly and obviously flawed and not ready for prime time. Only by this if you're interested in paying for the privilege of being a Garmin beta (alpha?) tester.

Unfortunatly I bought two of these. One for me and one for my wife. They are both now removed. Mine was replaced by Garmin but immediately started showing the exact same problem (Card slowing down but it was a "garmin approved' card). These things CONSTANTLY lose connection and pairing. They beep for no apparent reason at the slightest provocation. This morning mine is in a constant state of connecting for about 1 minute and then losing connection to my phone, then getting it right back, then losing it again, then getting it right back..... You get the idea. These things will now go into the trash as a bad purchase. The Dash Cam Mini 2 is simply not ready for prime time and given what I have learned about the problems with the original mini I have doubts that the mini line will ever be ready for anything but the trash heap, I recommend DO NOT BUY.

Basic and discreet just perfect for recording and can easily set up and transfer from car to another

First they had me pay for a Home video set had to return it - got this , very horrible device when the other one easy to use was 30 dollars more the people who work there at that location horrible .

Doesn't stay connected to wifi. Attempted to return and was unable to due to it being outside the 14 day return period. (Day 27)

Super bad at connecting through bluetooth .. sometimes it connects but most of the time it doesn't connect .. Sometimes it screenshots/saves videos that don't even have to be saved . god forbid i get in an accident & need to see the video . It won't even show up

Package arrived damaged and missing parts returned. Very disappointed

It stops working without a reason, also software update is garbage.

the beeping is annoying.. I have no idea how it works because as soon as the beeping started i took it out. my car already beeps at me, my phone, my wifes phone.. the microwave, oven, fridge, fan in our living room, etc... if I hear another beep im going to go insane.
