I bought this on an impulse, I have both the AW Ultra and the GW5 pro. This watch is really for the extreme athlete as the health and workout tracking are the primary focus of the EPIX with the smart watch functions taking a back seat as they are very rudimentary. Im sure this is a great watch for its intended user but I returned this before 24 hours was up, It was too complicated and it didn't do half of the things my AW ultra/GW5 pro does form a smartwatch perspective. TLDR if you are a serious athlete, buy this.. If you are an average person, get the Apple Watch/Ultra or the Galaxy Watch 5/5pro My bad for not doing the research

Finally made the switch from apple to garmin and absolutely love this watch. If you’re an active individual you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic product... battery life s bit off from advertised.

I love everything about this watch EXCEPT text notifications don’t work. I’ve tried literally everything I could find online to fix it but nothing works. I waited a month for this watch and for $1000 I shouldn’t be having issues like this. If I can’t figure it out I’ll be returning sadly.

I bought it coming from an Apple watch 6. I read so many review about people saying how accurate Garmin watches are so I ga it a try. I like to listen to music while I do my workouts so comng from Apple I had to suscribe to Spotify because Apple doesn’t work with Garmin or the other way around. While doing my first run I noticed music was choppy all the time. I tough it would get better it didn’t. I use Galaxy buds live to run. Audio issue never changed. This really got me frustrated because this is not a cheap watch and my old watch from 3 years ago does. Another thing I noticed was notifications don’t show images, it’s just a readout. Lastly not having a cellphone service on the watch really got me because sometimes I like to listen to radio from either Apple Music or Spotify. Watch is a bit slow too. I’m writing this because this is what I look on a smartwatch and nobody had written a review like this. I hope this helps somebody else.

Exceeds my expectations as I transition my Fenix 5.

Good watch but lacks features for a $1000. Not worth the money. Lots of other watches out there with similar features at half the price.

Great device. Takes some effort to learn all the functions, but worth it.

Great AMOLED screen with everything packed in same as Fenix 7. Only issue (with Garmin and not Best Buy) is if screen could be larger.

The Garmin Epix Gen 2 is all around an amazing Smartwatch. I replaced my Apple Watch with this and have no regrets the screen and appearance is an instant upgrade. The interface takes a little while to get used to but overall pretty straight forward. The GPS is also a huge plus whenever i'm camping and floating in areas with no service i can still use maps to know my location and send my location in case of an emergency. Battery Life is a HUGE upgrade 16 Days you can't beat that. The down sides are no cellular which I knew going in and the band is terrible I would recommend getting one at the time of purchase as well.
