Battery life is so amazing. Monitors my activities and heart rate especially at the end of my shift. I love the AMOLED style. I I'm from Sansung Watch 5 and just glad jumping into the Garmin Watch series.

Works great syncs with all my apps and … maps work great when no cell coverage unlike other popular choices. Battery lasts forever - 30 days plus. Simply put this is the best

Watch features and capabilities are great. The variety of customization on the watch is what i love most. I went with the sapphire pro edition which im very happy with.

After trying out several smartwatches including the Apple Watch Ultra 2 (yes, the 2) -- I am back into a Garmin even with my small critiques of the software.
The GOOD drastically outweigh the BAD.
The good:
-Battery life is easily 10+ days with my harsher settings (always on display, HR on the main watch face, and other things.)
-Tracking metrics are great (i.e. body battery, HRV, sleep score)
-Great for activity, and even syncs with Apples MOVE bar, with slightly less inputs due to how it interprets ACTIVITY.
-Flashlight smart shortcut -- I use this daily, wow is it helpful
-Accuracy of HR and calories in workouts -- even though it is less than what I get with Apple Watches, it seems more accurate. The apple watches tend to over estimate caloric burn.
-Durability, is incredible.
-Build quality is much better than samsung watches or even garmins own Venu 3 (see my other review).
-Much more stylish versus the computer on wrist look of apple.
The bad (these are nit-picky):
-Calls only vibrate twice. I usually do recognize the first buzz, but this is annoying that it can't keep buzzing while the call is incoming.
-No calls on wrist like other watches.
-Integration to iOS is inferior to Apple Watches (as obvious as this is)
-Alarms do not sync to phone - minor inconvenience. I set an alarm on both. This is enough to buzz me awake, but I make sure.
-Stand and Exercise goals do not sync with apple rings. Minor, but it psychologically takes a bit to get used to.
-Charger is annoying to connect,
-Not as comfortable as Apples rounded bottom.

I am not particularly fit, and I was looking for a watch that could help me stick to my goals and get back in shape—while I am not there yet! This watch has helped me stay on track more than any other watch I have ever had. I’ve had it for about 1 year, and I can honestly say it's one of the best watches I have ever had. The display is crisp! And it is built like a tank. I've knocked it around plenty, and it still looks brand new. Battery life is crazy good too. It gives me around two weeks of battery life with AOD.
It is mostly a fitness watch rather than a smartwatch, its best feature. It does the smartwatch stuff like notifications and music, but I have them turned off. I don't particularly need it! It's definitely helped me stay on track, and that's what matters.
Is it pricey? Yeah, especially with the new Fenix 8 released recently. But if you're serious about getting in shape and want a watch that can keep up, the Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) is worth considering.

I've been using Garmin watches for a long time, and this is my 4th one. I had the forerunner previously, and by the time I retired it, it was in rough shape. I am very hard on watches, and the sapphire still looks as perfect as the day I bought it. I've been on hikes, many mountain bike rides, and renovated my house, all with this watch on 24/7. Battery life is also incredible. I'm very, very happy with this watch and hope it lasts me a long time to come.

This watch, I have to say is the best smartwatch that I have owned. I have owned many Samsung smartwatches which are also great but you cannot deny the battery life on this Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2 51mm. I have only used it as a smartwatch at this time. This includes receiving text and email notifications, steps, heartbeat and sleep data gathering. Also the obvious normal use of checking time…lol. The flashlight has been very useful and convenient. No need to grab my phone or look for a flashlight. So back to the battery life. I fully charged it on June 8th. It’s now July 2nd and I still have 6%/2 days of battery left. Never took it off. For me, I have no regrets on this purchase. It’s expensive but the way I see it, I wont need to upgrade anytime soon. This watch covers all my smartwatch needs especially when it comes to battery life.
