Great for runners. Not weight lifters.

Has a ton of features, which I was excited about at first. I weight lift and play roller derby as my source of exercise and I used the watch for 3 weeks. It was way too complicated to set up a free weight session for my liking. It kept trying to count my reps, and it was usually wrong. And when I wore my watch while playing derby, my wrist guard would bump it and pause the workout. I’m sure it’s a great watch for runners and those who want to know every stat they possible can. And maybe I just needed more patience to figure out all it can do. But for now I’m happy downgrading to a vivosmart.
I would recommend this to a friend
