Great GPS watch. Lighter than the Soleus watch I broke, and much easier to use. Stores fastest and longest run records. This watch finds a GPS signal faster than I can put on my running shoes, literally. The battery lasts for about a week and half worth of runs. Got it on clearance ($40) and didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. I have since repaired the Soleus, but I'll be sticking with this Garmin. If you find one, pick it up.

It's a great way to track your run time indoors or out doors. Set-up is super easy, and charges fast. Doesn't fall apart, even with my US Marine training. Great product.

As a beginner runner, I found my I phone very cumbersome. This GPS watch is absolutely perfect. Light weight and water resistant. It measures distance run and lap times, calories burned and so much more. Computer compatible so I can log runs for comparison. This watch is very easy to use.

after my nike fit died(15 months), I thought I would try something else in the 100$ price range in case it failed prematurely again. So far after 3 months, the Garmin is great. I run approx. 45 miles a week, with charging around 15 minutes a day. So far my longest road run has been 15 miles...and from full charge the battery read about half. Hopefully it will make it for a marathon in September!
Overall it is simple to use and learn - and is greatly complimented by the garmin apps. They are very detailed but also easy to use.

Reliable, easy to use. Light. Connects to satellite quickly. Keeps charge for a very good amount of time. Garmin website very good. Only wish is that it could be used for cycling.

I liked it, but I was sad when I found out that he had no heart monitor. It's a great product. Light, discreet and very functional. I recommend.

Very easy to use right from the box. Setup took a few minutes and once fully-charged, it was ready for a run. When you're ready for a run, it takes just a moment to find satellite reception, then another push of the button to start. At the end of the run, it provides highlights like fastest mile/5k/10k and shows splits. Uploading to their online system is a snap. Great product.

Initially it takes awhile for the satellite to find it but after that it was pretty quick. The watch is very easy to use. Great for someone less tech savvy or just wants a simple gps. If you are looking for all the bells and whistle look elsewhere. If you are a cyclist you have to change the activity on the web site manually every time because this watch /Gps is made for runners.

I love this watch! I've been training for half marathons. On the last Half marathon the distance was off by .1 over the 13.1 miles. Pretty accurate. I like that I can easily run down and back distances, see my current pace, keep track of my historical bests, battery life is acceptable, and the sync function is nice to auto load your runs to the internet.

This watch is super cute, stays put, and is easy to use once you get used to navigating through the features. Their website is very helpful and will walk you through the use of the features. Just enough features to give you what you need to track your runs/walks. The price point is just right for a beginner. If you want to track your pace DO NOT get a Fit Bit. Those are mainly designed to track #s of steps and calories burned. Those are more of a "fitness" device and are not designed for the "athlete" trying to improve their running/run walking. You don't have to hook this watch up to a computer to see your personal best distances & times. It's all right there stored on your watch. That information is available with just a push of the button. The ONLY REASON I did not give 5 stars is because it does not hold a charge very long and this may be an important feature for some.

There are things I really love about this watch. The display, the back light, the color, the options, the ease of use. The only problem is it can take a really long time to find the satellite signal at times. Sometimes it takes just a few seconds, but other times I have to start without it. One day last week I was 2 1/2 miles into a run before it found the signal. It seems to be better if it's fully charged, so now I plug it in every night. Many times I considered returning it, but I wouldn't find anything better at that price. I recommend it, but only if you don't mind running without the distance tracking at times.

My husband bought me the black and red male version. While I would have been ok with that watch I exchanged it for the pink style. The slimmer band is much more comfortable on a skinny wrist. I love how I can run where my mood strikes and the watch does all of the calculations for me. It measures everything that I need and more (I don't care about HR). I find it amusing that it graphs the whole run by speed, so I can tell by each dip where I walked, stretched or slowed down. I used it on my recent 1/2 marathon where the mileage on the course was poorly marked, it kept me on time and motivated. Also if you are a calorie counter it shows how much you burn with each run. I highly recommend this over the skinny trendy brands that are out. This gives you instant and accurate readings.

I bought this watch for my wife after her previous version was stolen. She raves about it. It's got all the features she wants and it's easy to use. It may not have a million functions, but it does what she needs it to do.

This product is easy to use and provides accurate information. There is an added piece on the wristband that enables it to NOT be able to slide up and down your arm. The only downside is that it didn't register information immediately when the activity began but that may have been user error.

I was looking for an inexpensive Garmin to simply track mileage and pace. This does the trick in spades. This was about the only Garmin device under $100 that had the simple features I was looking for. I didn't care about bells and whistles, but the data can be uploaded to your computer. The battery life and display visibility are great. The only minor downside is the instruction flyer. It's mainly online and not very well-written. For the price, I don't care. Luckily, the device is fairly easy to figure out, but I've had a Forerunner before (it lasted over a decade!).

I've had my garmin forerunner 10 for more than a month now. I am very happy with my purchased not only it's cheaper here at best buy than the other website but it also has served its purpose. I don't run I use it for my bike rides but comparing it to the app for my bike ride, this watch is very accurate on its measurements of my activity. Love the color, long lasting battery when you're not using the gps (2 weeks or more), water resistant, easy to use, and pretty. The thing I wish it has though is the pedometer. Good quality watch!

Over the summer I have traveled to over 5 countries, and my Garmin has worked without a hitch. My only complaint might be that it takes awhile to locate the satellite in Russia but other than that I am one happy customer!
