    My watch worked lees than 4 month when I asked to return or fixed they said I didn’t have warranty how it possible I spend 649 and not getting warranty %100 sure at the cashier I asked for the warranty if they didn’t or why have no idea so what can I do ?

    I had the Forerunner 230 for several years. Only reason I traded up was because I wanted a watch with a heart rate monitor. This heart rate monitor was very unreliable and didn't work correctly half the time. I would be about 1/2 or mile into a run and it was stop working. Took this back and bought a Garmin Instinct. Much better watch.

    Loved my Xmas gift! Asa non tech guy I managed to get this complex device working. Took advantage of the “free” geek consultation” and my world turned to dust.Geek had no idea what this device did, randomly pushed buttons and gave up, stating, “why didn’t you get an I Watch? He gladly refunded my money and I sadly walked away .without a Christmas toy!

    I had lots of lag when switching between widgets and it regularly reset my step count for the day if I took it off. Maybe a future software update will resolve this but it was overall glitchy enough for me to return it.

    Don't know what it can do it didn't work out of the box. Tried to charge it up on my computer and it would not recognize it. Because of the virus it was a pain to buy it and will be a pain to take it back. Not a fun experience.

    Not at all sturdy!

    Avid runner; occasional horseback riding. Screen cracked with no dropping or other cause inside of one month. HR monitor quit shortly thereafter. HR monitor inaccurate when doing activities like riding - bases itself on the pace of the horse!!

    This watch gave me hope at first. Then, a month later, it no longer charged up and would not come on. It is a nice model, maybe, mine was just a dud.

    I did not like this watch. The pictures are not true to what the screen actually looks like. The screen is very dark and hard to see. I felt it was a big price tag for something that was not worth it.

    Pretty clunky product that stopped working (wouldn't charge) after three weeks of purchase. Not at all happy with this purchase. So not worth the high price.

    We hate this watch. Both my husband and my son tried to use it and the heart monitor below the wash really hurts.

    A frustrating waste of time and money for me

    I bought the Garmin Forerunner 235 specifically because it could interface with my Windows 10 PC, since I don’t have a smart phone with Internet capability. This worked fine for a couple months, using Garmin Express for Windows. Then, when a new release of Garmin Express installed, suddenly Express no longer communicated with my watch and I could no longer interface with the Internet to upload my stats or download extras. Since the watch was under warranty, I contacted Garmin support who suggested a number of things to try, including installing Garmin Express for Windows on a different PC. Nothing helped and finally Garmin sent me a replacement watch (after I sent back the original at my expense.) The replacement acts just the same – plugged into my PC it will charge, my PC can access it like a disk drive, but Garmin Express cannot attach it for uploading my workout information. I installed the latest Windows Garmin Express version, it says it found a new device, but cannot “add” it as a device. Support said they cannot provide me with an older version of Garmin Express, so I’m stuck. Basically, all I can do is display steps and distance traveled at the end of the day and manually copy them to a spreadsheet. So now I’m stuck with a $158 watch that does no more than I was already doing with a $20 pedometer.
