It fits my needs and is easy to use went from Garmin 25 to 235 and that features help me with my runs

The Garmin Forerunner 235 is the most accurate watch I have used for tracking distance and stride and heart rate. I have verified the data with other equipment. I use this for all my activity and really like the Garmin Connect software. It also integrates with other fitness apps, which makes tracking easier across platforms. You can use its basic functions without knowing much, or learn how to take full advantage of the watch as you progress.

This is my third Garmin Forerunner and really thought this time I would purchase a Fit Bit or Apple I Watch. Nope, after reading reviews and really deciding on what I want out of a watch (runner), I went with the Forerunner 235. I really like the fact that I don't have to wear a heart monitor strap; heart monitor is monitored via my wrist. I really like the large round dial which allows me to see my time and distance, heart rate, etc. without having to put on my glasses! Thanks Garmin, you have come a long way!

Excellent activity tracker. Perfect for people on the go. I love the style and how easy it is to read. Very accurate.

It's been working like a charm so far. It's light weight and very easy to use.

This watch is awesome. It doesn't require frequent charging unlike others I've used in the past which became irritating.

Great product. I use it to track all of my workouts, from my cardio workouts, to my weight training workouts and everything in between. Also, the fact that do not need to wear a chest strap to track your heart rate is a plus. The Garmin Connect site also lets you sync your Garmin device. The Garmin - Forerunner 235 has many more features, too many to try to list in this review. If your in the market for a activity/fitness tracker, then check out the Garmin - Forerunner 235 before you buy any other brand.

Great gps, locks on quick, great for splits, performance especially when used with the garmin app

My first ever Garmin and was really impressed with how well it works. It tracks everything that I need to know about my runs, like pace, recovery time, and training effects on my body, and the Garmin connect app gives me a deeper in depth of a summary of my run which is really useful. I am always wearing my watch because it tracks my steps, sleep, and heart rate really good and is pretty fashionable

May not be quite as accurate as my polar but does everything very well. Easy to see, no more heart straps and gps is accurate.

Garmin does great job making fitness watch that is geared toward people who are into sports, I think. I have heard that wrist based HR monitor may not be as accurate as chest band version, but the one on forerunner 235 seems to be accurate (I did compare the chest HR monitor on elliptical machine and the one on FR235 and their values were ver ver similar. I also like the fact that garmin fitness trackers's watch face can be modified to your own preference too. I definitely recommend this to others.

This watch does everything I need it to do and it is extremely accurate down to the step, location, and heart rate!

My husband runs and loves this GPS tracking watch. It easily gives great information and connects easily to the app.

This running watch is a great performer as one can expect Garmin watches to be. But the optical heart rate tracking was a hit and miss for me. The heart rate data is too jumpy (I was wearing another watch with chest heart rate strap to compare with). But some of my friends have said it works fine for them. So I am confused.

This watch has been great for training. It keeps and stored lots of splits as well as my heart rate. Love it.

I was a fitbit chick for years, wanted to try something different. Went back and forth between garmin and the new fitbit ionic. Very pleased that I chose the garmin, ease of use, love the stats on the connect app. The only thing I miss about the fitbit is the option to just choose a workout, yoga, weights etc and just do it. Seems like I have to create a workout on the app and it goes to the watch. I have not tried that yet.

This garmin works very good steps, distance, heart rate, and apps for phone.. Well payed
