Great watch for running with GPS and HRM

After doing some research, I decided on a big upgrade and opted for the Forerunner 235. This is a great tool for tracking distance and heart rate, and even steps if that's what you want. You can sync it with your smart phone too so you can get text messages and email notifications and previews. Highly recommended.

Good, but not really what I expected.

Its ok when running on the threadmill. Excellent smart features, they work well. Ive had problems where it shuts itself off or it changes to another date and time, its done it twice in two weeks.

Excellent outdoor product but not indoor

This product is great for outdoor runs but for anything indoors (treadmills) not so much. So Great for outdoor use would be my recommendation.

Running metrics are extensive enough for my half marathon planning, and it has enough extras, like ability to view phone messages, synch with weather, etc, to be functional as a daily device. Only negative for me is the large face. For small wrists, it's a pretty sizable watch. Doesnt look great to wear around as an everyday accessory
