this watch is great. i bought for my son who runs cross country. he really likes how easy it is to use. the garmin connect app is great for seeing your runs. the gps connects quickly and there are a lot great customizations that you can do with the watch.

Love the watch. It finds the GPS fast. Like the heart rate monitoring, seems to be fairly accurate. Do not think the sleep monitoring is worth 2 cents. Other than that pretty happy with it. I do at times have issues with the connection to my phone; however it could be more in my phone than the watch.

I don't really wear watches, so I cant really give a good review comparing it to others. The material for the band is good and stretchy. It can give running data but I don't really use that. It tells time. Good watch.

My son loves this Running Watch. He keeps all kinds of statistics and plans running routes. You can see the elevation of your run. We live in mountainous area, so he likes to see how high he goes. Has helped him improve as a runner.

I contemplated many watches but after reading a ton of reviews, settled on the Forerunner 235. Has not disappointed and am thrilled with the purchase. I was initially worried about the size since I have small wrists. It is large but not masculine looking. I'm very happy with it. Highly recommend!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my son who runs cross country and track in high school. It’s a major upgrade from the Forerunner 25 he had before. It provides him great insight from his training runs. He is so pleased with it, I may eventually get one for myself.

I have had several Garmin wearables and I loved them. I couldn’t get into this one though. The process to get to settings and screens was too troublesome, not easy to navigate. The display quality is great though. I returned it.

This watch is great, it has lots of improvements from the garmin forerunner 225, specially all the phone connectivity, alerts, notifications and the garmin connect. You can customize it the way you like. All the basics for running are there, the controls and the measurements. Great watch so far

This watch does it all. If you want to run this watch will help you know what you are doing and motivate you to do better. Plenty of fun and useful apps and widgets for many different purposes, too. It's another quality Garmin product.

This is a great device for someone that is looking for a single device to do everything. It's a watch, a heart monitor, a run tracker, a sleep monitor, and it may or may not do the dishes. I only use it as a running watch and getting it to sync & read heart rate when I need it is a little quirky.

The 235 is easy to use while offering a range of features that will meet the needs of most buyers. I have measured courses with mile bench marks, and my 235 corresponds very closely with the measured mile intervals. Lots to like about this watch!

Watch has comfortable fit for me. Good display and many data fields to look at. Notifications features are also good if you are into using them. HRM however doesn't seem to be that accurate and can be all over the map at times. Tried once with the chest strap and that seems to be more accurate.

Love this watch. Great at recording everything I need. I love the size and the way it fits. Does everything I need for running and cycling and has even been fine for swimming too

Bought this as a gift for my granddaughter who runs competitive races. She finds it extremely useful especially in training. But be careful of the bezel. It can scratch or crack relatively easily. You might want to purchase a screen protector.

It accomplishes everything I need and more. It would have been a 5 star rating but the software is limited or too difficult to understand. I just want to adjust the move notification and shut off the other notifications.

Love it - the band is slimmer width-wise than the 225, which was my last model. Not so many bells and whistles that you've overwhelmed, just a simple, solid watch that does everything I need it to (and then some). Super happy!

Item works as described. It tracks distance covered and heart rate. I'm in my 50s and I wanted to be able to monitor my heart rate just to be on the safe side of things. But it is also very cool to know how far one has run or walked.

Excelent gadget for someone who wants to take good care of his own training. You can compare your own performance and improvementes. I guess it could have a better presentation (face) for all the inofrmation it gets, without depending on Connect IQ

Absolutely love the Garmin Forerunner 235! The only issue I have had is figuring it out. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to technology so I am still figuring things out. That being said I still love this thing and highly recommend it!

Great running watch. I am able to track my run and other stats without a problem. It keeps tabs on the shoe mileage to remind me when to replace them. Easy to charge.
