The watch didnt hold up long enough. It ended up glitching and had screen issues where it would not display things correctly. My girlfriend would reset it and it would work for a little but then itll happen again. This did not make it a year. There is a cover at the bottom that eventually wore off and came off exposing adhesive. I had to clean it off in order for her to be able to wear it, but eventually she bought something else.

I'm sorry to hear your girlfriend experienced an issue with her device. Was the software up to date on the device? We offer support at support.garmin.com where you'll find helpful FAQ's and video's on the functions of the device. You can reach out to a product support specialist from that page if you still need assistance. As well, it may be possible due to normal wear and tear of the device the sticker may come off and the adhesive would be exposed that can be cleaned off with an alcohol swab.

For whatever reason, both my 25-year-old cyclist Son and I are getting weird readings from the watch. Lesson learned; get a more expensive one!

This watch is great and it provides a lot of data, but if you are training for a triathlon and swim in the pool, it lacks the capability to properly track that.

Good for Running, not so much for cycling, Strava definitely better, like the big display, other features not my cup of tea, reading steps and sleep patterns not interested

The watch was great and the HR/fitness tracking was excellent. However the connection between and the watch had to constantly be reset. Very annoying.

    GPS Not Consistent

Use this mainly for running and inline skating, and it is not consistent with GPS tracking. About one in 5 runs it loses a tenth or a mile or two, so the pace per mile is off. It is annoying is trying to keep track of runs and pace changes. The app is also not good at providing past history and long term tracking of anything outside of running, biking, and swimming.

This watch I guess is for a runner, which I am not. I walk, and I am having issues finding stuff in the menus. Not to mention it is supposed to count flight of steps and it has not to this date, If it is not going to work properly, I will be returning it.
