Only reason I traded up was because I wanted a watch with a heart rate monitor. This heart rate monitor was very unreliable and didn't work correctly half the time. I would be about 1/2 or mile into a run and it was stop working. Took this back and bought a Garmin Instinct. Much better watch.

A bit glitchy

Took advantage of the “free” geek consultation” and my world turned to dust.Geek had no idea what this device did, randomly pushed buttons and gave up, stating, “why didn’t you get an I Watch? He gladly refunded my money and I sadly walked away .without a Christmas toy!

Software Issues

Maybe a future software update will resolve this but it was overall glitchy enough for me to return it.

Didn't work out of the box

Tried to charge it up on my computer and it would not recognize it. Because of the virus it was a pain to buy it and will be a pain to take it back. Not a fun experience.

Screen cracked with no dropping or other cause inside of one month. HR monitor quit shortly thereafter. HR monitor inaccurate when doing activities like riding - bases itself on the pace of the horse!!
