GPS functionality works great. I'm not a hard core runner but I do like to keep stats on my runs. GPS lock is quick and the tracking so far has performed well. The sleep tracking and step counting are oftentimes inaccurate. They are either over what I have done or severely under. I also wear a jawbone UP3 to track my steps. My only complaint is this watch doesn't give the option for indoor and outdoor walking along with a list of other activities that can be found on cheaper Garmin products.

Great watch. GPS is quick and accurately tracks distance. Enjoy being able to upload my activities and track my progress.

Great running watch for good price. It has everything I need for running and more. So far I very happy with it.

Overall, it's a nice watch. My only complaint would be that the pace tracker does not seem to be very accurate. Although that's one of the main reasons I bought it, I still enjoy the other features.

Great fitness watch! Connects to GPS quickly, has the added bonus of counting steps. The only thing I have had difficulty with is the charging system. It is a clip and if you are not careful the watch will not charge. Once charged though , you can go a week in between charges. It has lots of fun features that are fun to have and a better manual would be nice for setting up all those fun preferences. Overall a dependable GPS watch that can't be beat for accuracy and dependability.

This watch is great for training for a race with average pace measurements and split times. The GPS feature is great for accuracy and cool to look back at your course. I specifically bought it for marathon training. As far as all day activity tracking, it is different to the Fitbit alta I used to have, as it doesn't automatically record all my workouts, and the sleep tracker seems more inacurate. Way better for training though!

I purchased this watch for my wife. Once setup was complete I showed her how to manage her app and watch and she loves it now. GPS connects quick so it is ready for when she wants to run. Changing watch faces to meet her needs is a great option as well. Overall very nice watch, I am a little concerned with the watch face itself though. There isn't a lot of protection and the face is large, just hope it doesn't break in the future.

I bought this watch to replace my forerunner 35 that broke after many years and I'm very happy with this purchase. It is light and it has color on the screen. I use it for running and the GPS is ready very quickly. I also use it everyday and it counts my steps, and I'm able to check emails, reminders and text messages on the screen. Overall, I'm very happy!

Best purchase besides my shoes.. This thing is awesome I was previously using a smartwatch but it didn't do all the stuff I needed for marathon training. I love the fact that I can get about 10 days on a single charge and it keeps pretty good info on sleep habits as well. Easy to use and the app works very well with mu other fitness apps (MyFitnessPal, MapMyRun, and Google fit)

For the price this GPS watch is excellent! Used it for my first half marathon

Purchased 7 months ago. I wear it daily to track steps, sleep, and exercise. I read like the gps tracking and workout stats features, through the connect app that comes with it. Battery life is amazing. Depending on how many workouts I get in, I only charge every 6-9 days I’d say.

The Forerunner 235 is amazing! Love all the features and the price is not bad at all.

I have become addicted to GPS tracking my hikes bikes and runs. I had some wishes with my previous Garmin watch. I wished I could tell at the beginning whether it was a bike or a run. I wished the battery lasted longer. I wished the info on the watch synched with the Connect application using Bluetooth. Guess what? The new watch is totally a wish come true. Pinch me, I'm dreaming

I love it, it isn't the most expensive but has all the features I wanted for a great price
