I was nervous about buying this version over the upgraded one, but i'm so happy I got this one because it does everything I need, I wear it everyday and I always get compliments on it. One of the complaints I saw was that the screen is too dark, but I live in South Florida and really don't have much of an issue with it. So durable great for in and out of the ocean!

The watch is solid and delivers on its promises. I need to read up on the functionalities so I can take advantage of all it has to offer. It is a little challenging to navigate but that is more due to my lack of understanding at this point. Great step up from a basic running watch. Look forward to learning more and utilizing it to help me improve my running.

Great watch with many terrific functions. Only issues are that it seems to burn the battery life quickly and the user manual is woefully inadequate.

I used to have a Garmin Forerunner 225 that I loved but it was time to get a more updated version. On top of that, the 225 battery was losing autonomy. This version does not need the strap and it has the capability to receive messages on the screen from the phone. I am very happy with this device.

This has been a fun and a great watch with features that aid in keeping track of sleep patterns, walking, running, and biking activities along with heart rates, etc. We use them regularly.

I run Cross Country and I was always looking for a watch that provided everything I needed for my running. This watch is perfect because it tells you your pace,registers your route, and keeps track of your personal records. The best thing is its batterie life it last longer than other watches. Only bad thing is that it does not have a touch screen.

Battery lasts long, tons of features and fits and feels comfortable.

This was my first smart watch and I mostly wanted it to monitor my sleep. I ended up liking that I could view notifications on the watch, rather than having to pull out my phone. The battery life is excellent, usually lasting about 5-6 days before needing to be recharged.

I got this watch after having the Garmin Vivoactive die on me. I'm so glad I did. It has amazing capabilities! I'm an endurance runner and Crossfiter and it fits all my needs. It's durable and rugged enough to survive 4 spartan races and I've been diving with it multiple times as well. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great fitness watch!

This is my fourth Garmin Forerunner. I have used the forerunners in the past solely for outdoor running and other sports. I needed to upgrade since my last one was (305) was well used, and the deal was great. I felt the ease of use on the watch itself was very familiar, so I had no issues with operating it. I do like how soft the band is with the holes being perfect for every wrist size. I also appreciate the strap to hold the end of the band in place has a nub to keep it secure. What I don't care for is the indoor running accuracy. It is consistently giving me one my to my 3/4 mile. I don't care since I use it indoor more for heart rate. I have not been outdoors yet due to cold, but am sure it will perform as well as the last three I own. I like the connect program because I was able to download my last nine years of data from the previous three forerunners, and it will allow info from my fitbit, if I had it saved in the right format. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and recommend it

Actually purchased two of these - one for my GF, one for me - and they've quickly become our most valued fitness accessory. I love it has physical buttons which makes it easier to operate during a run. Battery life is excellent and lasted me through a full marathon training cycle.

Received this watch as a gift and was confused because I have been using my Samsung smart watch for my runs and did not have any issues with it. But once I used this watch o found that it is superior to the Samsung watch specific to running. It's light, has a good fit, and accurate.

I used the FitBit blaze prior to switching to the Forerunner. The ability to add custom apps make this product so much better.
