We looked at other watches of this type but different brands and kept coming back to the Garmin. It has many features and easy to use once you know what you're doing.

Awesome Watch

This watch offers a lot of information and stats but is still easy to use and not complicated. It’s also very comfortable. I thought it would be hard to keep on while sleeping and I don’t even notice I’m wearing it. It even has built in breathing exercises to practice.
