When I took it home and saw it had a sleep tracking option I was excited. But after having the watch for several months it has only disappointed and when I called there customer service I felt like I was only given excuses. The sleep tracking option will only track you as awake if you get out of bed. The other issue I have is that the heart rate monitor will show different results on the watch then on the app. I was told by customer service that the watch will have raw data but the app will clean up the data. I would rather have the raw data then interrupt it myself. The only purpose this watch serves is to track my steps and tell me what time it is. Would return it if I could.

Posted .We apologize for the inconvenience, however, we can't change what the apps shows. As well, in order for non-sleep to be tracked the device needs to determine there is movement.

This ran the battery down continually. Then the face got stuck on another screen & I could not return it to the time or step screen. I searched the on-line manual, but found no assistance there. I returned it & received my money back.

Posted .Sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with the device. The Run Button is how you start and also stop the timer on the watch when in an activity. Once you stop the activity you will then see the options to Resume, Save or Discard.

Not bad depending on what you use it for.

The only problem I have with the watch is every few days it drops the link between my phone and the watch and will not sync, I have to reload like it's a new watch when I contacted Garmin the tech said it must be my phone so I linked it with my wife's phone which is a different series and it did the same thing so not the phone, Garmin still says it's not their watch or program.
