Just note this is bluetooth and wifi only, my Dad needs to have his phone near him for the feature. My Dad is 80 and lives far from me so this Makes me at ease that we will be able to know if he needs help.

Garmin - Forerunner 55

I feel that it has everything I need it to be as I just run with a running club and track my stats on Strava. This thing was a game changer because I was running while holding my phone in my hand. This time I could just leave the phone in my car and go off and run with the Forerunner 55 on my arm and after my run would be recorded and posted on my Strava app. I didn’t think I needed one at fiest but this seriously had been a game changer! Get one!
