Customize your training goals and the numbers given by the watch is accurate for example like, push up, side stretch etc(other watches don't give accurate count for these)

I’ve had several Apple Watches and a the Wahoo Element Rival. The display is great and the data and feedback from the Garmin connect app are great and better than I could’ve expected.

But overkill for the health features I need to monitor. I also found the app to be a little difficult. Seemed to have to go through several points to reach the feature I needed. May very well be for someone that is into a lot of sports. I ended up returning it and a different rent brand.

I recommend watching videos in order to better prepare yourself for the devices handy features that may go missed.
