So many features with great battery life yet, not truly a smart watch

I wonder if I got an open box product. When the associate gave it to me out of the case, the box was not sealed in any way and the watch seemed loose inside the box. Independent reviews note problems downloading music. I could not as well, but worse, I was unable to download maps. It stopped the downloading at 30% complete and seemed to freeze. Far too glitchy for the money and I don't want any hassles while out on a hike. Returning this after 2 days.

It's honestly too heavy or maybe it feels that way to me. But I got super used to the instinct 2 and this watch felt weird. Solid watch though.

After 5years having a Garmin glued to my wrist with careful use the watch stopped working properly lengthy warranty process chat agents that make you want to bang your head against the wall

Love this watch. Works great! Battery life is amazing. The new screen is the best. It is very easy to use. Set up of the watch took less then 2 minutes and was a breeze.

In the short amount of time of owning my Forerunner 654, I have been thoroughly happy with the features it possesses. I easily synched to the app that was already on my cell phone.

First thing is the watch was delivered quickly. The watch is amazing! It has great features and is easy to figure out.

Upgraded from the 940 (I wore it out) after several years. The 965 offers more options than the 940. I like the colored screen more than I thought I would.
