    This watch is quite expensive, and while it does come with some great features, the battery life is very disappointing. I bought it three weeks ago. At first, the performance seemed fine — the charge dropped from 100% to 90% in four days, which made me very happy. However, after recharging it fully, the battery drained by 10% in just one day without any changes in settings or usage. The sleep tracking feature is also unreliable. It fails to detect sleep accurately, especially when waking up and then going back to sleep. In addition, the buttons are not very user-friendly and feel awkward to use. Overall, I would rate this watch 4 out of 10.

    Watch overall is great. My only complaint is that the connect app needs to be open at all times in order for your watch to be updated.

    The battery life was very terrible and not worth the money but everything else is pretty good I used to have a cheaper garmin watch and the battery life was much more very unsatisfied and not worth money!

    Great product, but terrible service. My order, promised for next-day delivery, was delayed three days. If I’d known, I would’ve ordered from Amazon or picked it up myself. Best Buy refused to let me cancel before shipping, even though I offered to reorder with same-day delivery or in-store pickup. This also happened with my last TV purchase, never again.
