This watch is quite expensive, and while it does come with some great features, the battery life is very disappointing. I bought it three weeks ago. At first, the performance seemed fine — the charge dropped from 100% to 90% in four days, which made me very happy. However, after recharging it fully, the battery drained by 10% in just one day without any changes in settings or usage.
The sleep tracking feature is also unreliable. It fails to detect sleep accurately, especially when waking up and then going back to sleep. In addition, the buttons are not very user-friendly and feel awkward to use.
Overall, I would rate this watch 4 out of 10.

Great product, but terrible service. My order, promised for next-day delivery, was delayed three days. If I’d known, I would’ve ordered from Amazon or picked it up myself. Best Buy refused to let me cancel before shipping, even though I offered to reorder with same-day delivery or in-store pickup. This also happened with my last TV purchase, never again.
