It's very light and comfortable to wear. I can easily read the time and date. I also get notices of important messages coming through which are easier to access than on my phone.

Upgraded from Instinct 1

Does everything I need and still plugs into a computer to upload data (if you wish). I used to have fitbit but they removed the ability to use it with a computer. This one also has pulseox which the original Instinct did not. Very pleased.
