It was alright, tried this and apple watch se for a week straight together. I ended up Keeping the apple watch. I also got my girlfriend the same apple watch. But now that we’ve both had them for a couple of weeks, i’m returning the apple watches. As well. Honestly not much value in my opinion.

Really useful for tracking steps watching pulse and othe help related things. Only drawback is the rubber in the band reacts with sweat and causes itching
