I choose this watch instead of Apple Watch because I don't really need to answer a phone call on the watch or play music or many other features that my iPhone can do. This watch has a lot more features that I need to "connect my body with my mind" as Garmin said. The sensor is precise, you can use it for 21 days and it can track every activity in your daily life.

Tracks activities accurately and has an easy to use interface. Just be sure to not lose the charger, it uses a proprietary head to charge to watch. Would have been great if it could just have been a USB-C charge port on the watch.

No frills but it does the job. Way lighter than any Apple Watch. Garmin connect doesn’t sync workouts right away is the only drawback

For light use, it will last 25-26 days.
