    Well,for the instinc3 a Must Say,it's a cool and usefull watch but it's kind of hard to get it's full potential,to many funtions for the few buttoms,takes time to get use to it,i think it could or should be a litle easier to operate

    This is a great watch. The only thing I wish it was is just being a little more interactive. If you're looking for a straight smart watch for health and longevity I'd still recommend this.
